They could take a group of 8 with 45 minutes notice on a Sunday night - happy already. Restaurant was small but pretty cute. Food was fantastic. We shared dishes with the lazy Susan table. Highly recommend the eggplant fries and the rice cakes with Chinese bacon. We came with a vegetarian and a vegan and there was plenty for them to enjoy. We ordered about 8 dishes and shared all of them. However, skip the numbing cocktail - nobody at our table liked it.

Yummy! Very spicy, so cool and a spice experience I’ve never had before. Numbing and bitter, so crazy! Very cool. Weird vibe in the space though honestly. Looks super cute and cozy from the outside, but inside it looks kind of unfinished. We only saw 2 people working and service was super slow. We were about to order full dinner after appetizers but it took 2 hours just to get some mapo and a drink so we decided to close out.I had high hopes for this place but it seems as if they just don’t have the staff. Super unfortunate! We’ll try again in a couple months.

Loved this place. We made an online reservation and when we showed up the place was packed which is always good to see.The cocktails were outstanding to start and the entrees we ordered were so tasty and flavorful. Hot, flavorful, complex, and interesting dishes. Our server Elijah was great. He was very attentive.Afterwards, the owner Garrett came out and we had a very nice discussion about his wonderful restaurant and life in Seattle.Highly recommend Lionhead.

Nice vegeyerain selection of Sichuan cuisines. Veg mapo tofu is tongue tingling and a gives a new dimension of senses.

Food was a bit too salty and overpriced. Visit the ID or south of Seattle to find the same dishes much cheaper. I ordered takeout and was put on hold for five minutes and then they accidentally hung up on me. No apologies as I mentioned this when I called back. And they forgot to return my credit card as they swiped it so now I have to texture again :/ I get that it was very busy but I’m not looking forward to returning.

Incredible food! The eggplant fries are a must have but really you can't go wrong, I've slowly been making my way down the menu and the only thing I've regretted is not being able to eat more!! Also the complimentary Szechuan peppercorn infused shot you get at the end is awesome!!

I ordered the Veg Mapo Tofu. It was a very good serving and rich in flavor. However it numbed my mouth and began to feel very weird after a few bites. On asking them more about it I was informed it has mouth numbing sichuan peppers. I do wish this was a disclaimer on the menu itself. A simple asterisks mark could help with a note on the same. Since I didn't feel comfortable eating the dish they were kind to not charge me for it. Because of their polite hospitality I will return and ensure I order something a little safer next time.

My mouth was flavor blasted out of this dimension into some void where everything I used to love tastes bland by comparison. 10/10.

One of the most authentic Chinese restaurants I have been to. Imported ingredients such as Szechwan peppers give this place a taste that can't often be found elsewhere unless you're in China.

Wonton as starter was so good but the chewy dough that makes it 4/5Very slow service , we waited for our main course for 40 minutesCrisp duck was 0/5Beef was 5/5And our waitress was super friendly she did greatI dropped stars for long time waiting for food and duck dish
