Lark is a fantastic Seattle fine dining experience. The location has a super bright and welcoming feel, and the kitchen and bar are open so you can see all the action. Upstairs they have a circular bar for charcuterie and raw bar options. The food is a delicious mix of seasonal local ingredients and northwest classics. The menu changes constantly but I find their salmon dishes are always my favorite. Don't miss the desserts, they always are great.
Really great food with seasonal ingredients, bursting with flavor. We did the four course meal and left being really full. My wife wasn’t drinking and had a mocktail which was great also.The strawberry shortbread dessert was amazing!
Lark’s sweet return to Capitol Hill. The service was seamless and professional. Our server was extremely well informed and the kitchen was showing off tonight, as they always have. It’s good to have them back! The menu was a 4-course, something for everyone yet focused experience with local inspiration. You can’t go wrong. It’s classic Lark and I suggest you book as soon as you can!
We used to love Lark but after this most recent visit (after they reopened post 2-year hiatus during the pandemic) we thought it was so/so, especially for the price. Everything we had from the tasting menu was fine but either overly salty (and I love salty foods) or middle-of-the-road for flavor. Nothing jumped out as being particularly interesting or well done. The bread used to be this amazing seeded sourdough and now it is more of a basket of generic breads. The wine pairings were very mediocre and the way they were presented was uninspiring (waitress just brought each to the table and said the vineyard name--no other information). I still think Lark is a nice restaurant but for $500 for 2 ppl w/ wine it is overpriced and no longer worth it.
I want just shout out to Lark and all of the staff. My parents have been coming here for years and we recently lost my mother and my dad set up a dinner for us after the memorial service. They accommodated us even though they’re not open for dining. It was so wonderful they made us feel so welcome. The food was excellent. These guys are the best and they really made a difficult day much better and gave us a chance to all catch up as we had family in from out of town.

First off, service was FANTASTIC! The food was on another level. This place came highly recommended! I wouldn’t consider us food geeks but we do eat out a lot at upper scale restaurants and this place exceeded our expectations on the food and service. We highly recommend and know you will be delighted!

One of the best restaurants in Seattle. I loved my dinner here and can’t wait to start dining here when I permanently move to the neighborhood!
