Waiting to hear when my dryer may be fixed.Update: Dryer was fixed (only an internal fuse blown within the machine) but it seems a personal visit to the office was needed before a work order was issued. The maintenance guy was great and asked if I needed anything else. Turns out I’m missing an air filter. So thumbs up on him! Also, no one managing could tell me how the W/D “card” machine worked. It wouldn’t let me use my credit card to purchase a “card” on Saturday and I wasn’t going to try cash. They said they would need to check with a resident who used the public W/D to see how it worked.Granted the machine is owned by another company and Greystar (the previous mgmt company) did the very minimum and there are precious little instructions. Now I’m rewashing the still wet clothes and have just started the first load in the dryer. We shall see!
The lakeview is more than fantastic. The residents are friendly. All in all it is a great place to live.
Dryer is still making the same noise and the mold under the sink is still there doesn’t look like anything was done. The dryer needs to have clothing in it and run for about 5-10 minutes before it makes the noise. The dishwasher was secured so I can open it which was good
WARNING DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLEPlease do not waste your time and money with this apartment building and management. You just saw an ad for a gorgeous lakeside apartment at a great price? Too good to be true? IT IS. The photos they post are from the NEW and RENOVATED (and $4000+/month) units, which look *absolutely nothing* like the unit at the listed price. Nowhere in the ad do they say the photos are from a different unit. They will bait and trap you into driving to see 'the unit' and then on arrival you will realize you got tricked. The lady that showed the *actual* apartment acted confused, played dumb and said it was "her first day on the job". What a joke.Even if you can afford the 4K, just don't mess with a management property who deploys such dishonest and manipulative tactics to get their apartments rented.
I have lived here for over a year and cannot stress enough how disappointing the management is. It has been IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone over the phone and every email has gone un responded. No one is ever in the office and maintenance requests go unfilled. I pay WAY too much in rent for this and would not recommend anybody live here. Not only that but most other tenants are cold and rude. People complain about dogs barking but live in a dog friendly apartment where pretty much everyone has a dog. My car was broken into in the lot. If your laundry machine breaks (like mine did) and no one comes to fix it when you send a maintenance request, the shared machines are really expensive and difficult to use. If my partner didn’t want to stay in this apartment because of the convenience I would have moved out 3 weeks after I moved in.
This apartment looked like such a great find. However, it seems that when new units become available they are renovated and then gentrified the heck out of any reasonable range of price. $2200 a month places are $1,000 a month more now. Yeah, THIS is the housing problem. You guys are making this happen.

The view is great
Scheduled/showed up for a tour, and the office was closed??? No one picked up at any of the phone numbers associated with this complex.
Me and my girlfriend showed up to a 1030 am showing. No one was there. The office was locked. Very disappointed
