For those who still doubt the capability of women being chefs or that there couldn't be more than one in a kitchen, the live performance here would change anyone's mind. Watching four women of different generations on a very busy Saturday night working together seamlessly, having fun, and providing food you can taste the history and love of their ancestors' creations passed down was uplifting and affirming as a chef who also happens to be female. When I left, my heart was as full as my stomach.

The food here was pretty good. We tried the guac and chips, lamb birria, chicken mole, and tacos al pastor. My favorite dish was the tacos but everything was pretty good. I feel they give too many chips for the amount of guac though. The tacos, mole, and lamb were all a bit sweet which I liked, but it seems some people don't enjoy that. Overall I might come back again for the pork tacos.

The best mexican food I’ve ever had! I could chug their salsa verde by the gallon, and their steak is also the best steak I’ve ever had, flavor wise and tenderness. We will definitely be back!

Best fish tacos in Seattle and some of the best in my life. The most authentic, consistent Oaxacan Mexican food in Seattle. The only cons are the small space, typically 25 min+ waits, however absolutely worth it.

Came here on recommendation from a store owner on Ballard Street. So glad we did!Delicious food, tasty options for Vegetarians/Vegans, fresh ingredients, and great service. Would definitely recommend stopping in any time of day!

Great service, incredible food. Chicken Mole fell off the bone. Flavor was deep and complex.Parking is available around the neighborhood ether on the street, or in pay lots.To dine in, you need to show proof of vaccination. Per State regulations.

Limited hours so check before you go! It was also very cold inside the restaurant (it had snowed a lot the day before as well). My favorite items were the garlic shrimp, Mexican hot chocolate, and Paloma (cocktail). We also got the birria, mole, and tlayuda which were all good. The tlayuda is HUGE (actually pizza size) so don't order unless you have a large group.

Authentic Mexican dishes cooked to perfection. Indoor and out door seating . Great staff they stay head of the crowd and keep the drinks flowing.. located in old town ballard . This is not the run of the mill Mexican restaurant. Their food is the very best Mexican food I've had in seattle .

For the price, I would not recommend at all. We had four orders of tacos. Chips & guacamole. You don't get anything with your tacos. And we only got chips. No guacamole. Do not order take out at least.

Delicioso!! Authentic Oaxacan/Mexican food. We had Chile relleno & tacos de Camaron. Both amazing! Very decent portion but full of flavor. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.
