We started buying donuts when the pandemic started as some comfort food and I order online and pick up in the drive thru. Every time we go during last two years we always get our donuts from a staff member with the biggest smile on her face (different ladies). It just makes you feel better. And now they have mini donuts which are easier for my kids to eat. Also the donuts are good the day of purchase but the next they they are not, which makes me think that they are not full of preservatives as the ones you buy from the grocery store which are ok for up to two weeks.
Wow. They were extremely slow on Sunday morning. Lobby was not open, I saw several staff inside and it took over 20 minutes in the drive thru to get a simple mixed dozen.Still awesome donuts, but they need better staff.
Ghetto conditions. Promos advertised on menuboard but not available. No signage on board stating that so I had to wait in drivethru for nothing. No free donut offered when asked for the wait. Rude workers and management. Don't support this Krispy Kreme. Because of this specific KK I will now only support LOCAL donut shops. Down with Corporate Donuts!
This location is pretty disorganized, and they misplaced our pre-order. Long waits of you use the drive through. But they donuts are great.
Had very few donuts available. No cake donuts of any kind. It was basically glazed or jelly filled. Asked the kid at the window and he replied they just dont make them every day for as long as he has worked there.
Great doughnuts! Had a basic jam doughnut and it was done really well. Prices decent and staff friendly. Loyalty card available.
This rating is for Krispy Kreme not really for this specific location. Their donuts are way too sugary for my tastes. This particular one is fine. The people are friendly and donuts are pretty standard.
May be experiencing shortage/supply issues as all the specialty donuts I asked for were unavailable at 8am open. Drive through line at this location can be a bit sketchy because it starts at a large parking lot entrance. Staff was nice though!
Service is pretty horrendous. No one was attending the counter in-store. We stood with 5 other customers extremely confused while the staff were joking around. (Valid, have a good time but also help us out by doing your job). Drive thru is also incredibly slow. Expect to wait a lot.
I was double charged for a dozen of donuts. Came back to the store driving all the way from Everett for a refund once the payment finally posted on my credit card and showed my card statement and Management guy was unable to help because they can't make returns; I was told to contact corporate. This was my first time buying donuts in this location and it will definitely be my last. Donuts were great but customer service sucks in this location. By the way bathrooms were really gross that day too.
