Consistently disappointed with this place I have come down here multiple times in the last few weeks from around 9:00pm to 10:00pm WHICH THEY STATE ON MULTIPLE WEBSITES THEY ARE OPEN DURING. And none of those times have I been helped by the workers inside or saw the lights on. Every time I come back I think it's going to be different but every time I find myself driving through Seattle with no donuts and half a tank of gas wasted.Update your service hours.
Best donuts ever... CANT WAIT TO GO AGAIN.
Easy to order online from their website! And when you crave the kreme the only option is to get some ??. I havent been to the store but they partner with doordash to deliver within their service area. Disappointed that not all items on their menu are options for delivery but they have saved the day before when the office needed donuts. Also the cinnamon crunch limited editions super tasty.
Staff here chose to not serve anyone an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. They closed the lobby and turned the lights out and had only the drive through open. We waited 15 minutes in the drive through line and when we got to the front he said they were doing online orders only (there were no signs saying this). By the tone of voice they were using, and the look of the store inside it was clear they didn’t want to do any more work for the day and decided to clean up early and not take orders.
No doubt, Krispy Kreme is one of the unique donuts stores. However, not all stores have all varieties.Order online for a pickup saves a lot of time, despite that the online site has a sluggish performance and a lot of issues to successfully complete the order. Any modification to an almost-complete order might crash the site and requires a full repeat of the order!!
I'm not a big donut fan but had to get some for work, I walked in since I wasn't familiar with the menu (the drive thru was open) and waited (& waited) and when the gal came to take my order I noticed that their conyerbelt was still moving and tried to alert them to donuts falling on the floor, to no avail. I left :20 later with two dozen regular and a box of minis for just over $30. The gal in back of me, who put her order in online, waited while they tried to locate her order, also to no avail.
Amazing donuts, very fresh & feel really comfortable knowing they take Covid seriously & take many precautions for the safety of the customers & the workers ? thank you so much will be returning soon ! ?
The location is so inviting and lit so brightly. I noticed both times I stopped there that there was no ladies working there. The donuts are fresh. I loved the glazed, my favorite.
Still forcing people and workers to wear masks, won't allow anyone to sit down because fear of covid, dangerous looking area (but I guess 90% of Seattle also looks like that), do yall not give the donuts a shelf life? I understand serving donuts yall cooked in the morning i guess. But I just expected fresh because I was going to Krispy Kreme. They are at least 8 hours old, idk if that's normal tho, so I won't hold that against yall
If I could give 0 stars, I would! Donuts were hard, stale and downright disappointing!!! My girlfriend and I hardly even ate any of the dozen assorted we got because they were disgusting... We were extremely bummed... Not to mention frustrated because they are expensive!!
