I looked up Korean food from Google Maps. This place was one of the places suggested. I was super excited but I ended up stressed and a little bit disappointed.First of all, the servers were not friendly and mean. They were rushing out and made me feel so uncomfortable. When I asked for a drink she took forever to bring my drink(Almost I was finishing my food). I would say they are kind of short stuff.Foods weren’t what I was expecting and poor quality. All sides were dry and seems(taste) old. We got dogbuggi but there were only a few dogbuggis mostly filled cabbage, onions and sauce. Bulgogi and Jeyugbuggim were okay. Definitely not the best.I would prefer going somewhere else. This place was crowded, uncomfortable and with mean stuff

All the food we ordered are very good. Dumpling tofu soup is excellent, the spicy level is just right, and the tofu is very soft not overcooked. The seafood pancake batter is one of the best I have tasted, not too soggy very crispy. Spicy Chicken With Cheese is good, but is more on the sweet side , I prefer it to be a little more spicy. The side dishes are excellent, I love their kimchi very spicy!! Bulgogi and bimbimbab are average.

Looked up korean restaurants in the area and found this well rated restaurant. It was street parking, can be tough finding a spot. Some paid lots nearby.Located downstairs, popular with students at lunchtime especially.Tables close to each other. Plastic dividers separates tables.Servers busy but fast service. Unfortunately the waiter mistook my order and brought me bibimbap not the hot stone bowl bibimbap. Also not a welcoming attitude. The food. The soondubu soft tofu soup was great! Savory spicy and flavorful. The banchan side dishes were few but good ? kimchi is really good here and they bring refill.Only complaint was the bibimbap. First it tastes too sweet, not savory like it'ssupposedto be. Also tasted sour like one of the ingredients went bad. I know bibimbap and that was not it. I brought it to the korean man's attention, he said he'd check in the kitchen but didn't say anything else. I just paid for it and decided not to come back.

If you want simple Korean food, this is the place. The taste is ok, the portion is quite big. All served hot.

I ordered ahead and my food was ready very quick. The beef pad see ew was excellent. The beef tender and flavorful. I ordered 2 stars for spice and it was super spicy…I would be cautious if you can’t handle spice. The lady behind the register is always very hospitable.

Guess this placed just opened, couldn’t tell by the quality of food. Been missing some good Korean food since leaving Hawaii, and this plate didn’t disappoint, would come again.

What a tasty menu and amazing service a real jewel .

19jan2022 WED ~12:30, Swee and me were in Korean Tofu House, U Distric for lunch. It wasn't crowded. and it was clean and neat. The Staff were friendly and courteous. We two may be "out-dated" .. didn't know that we had to scan the QR-code to get the (food) Menu ? We had the (1) Mixed Tofu Soup & (4) Beef Tofu Soup .. Swee requested for it to be "more Spicy". Both these Soup were yummy and reasonably priced. Btw, for dine-ins, the Staff v politely asked for proof of Covid vaccinations.

This place serves the best korean tofu stew in the immediate seattle area! This week I had the dumpling soondubu and deokbokki. What sets them apart are their delicious side dishes and purple rice. Their portion sizes are very filling too. If you come at prime dinner time, you’ll probably encounter a long line so I usually try to come a little earlier or later than normal. They also do takeout!

The army soup + ramen saved me from a cold night. Visiting from Southern California and not used to the cold nights here. Found this restaurant and was surprised to see quite a long line for a Monday night. 15 minutes wait for our party of 8. The appetizers was delicious and my army soup was spicy enough to get me sweating. Must try
