DELICIOUS. Can't beat the wagyu beef, served in so many tasty ways. My husband and I love date nights here. We've gone multiple times and will definitely go again.
Overall I had a great dinner here! The food was very good. Caesar salad was very good for being a Caesar salad- they put their own twist on it and tasted great. Uni spaghetti was delicious as was the American NY steak. We opted to get a side of mashed potatoes since I read so many reviews about them, and it was definitely worth the extra $5! Creamy deliciousness. I’m only knocking off a star because they were a bit slow on service even though the restaurant was half empty. They were were very friendly staff though. It seemed like more of an issue in the back of the house and how fast they were cooking vs the front of the house. Definitely worth coming back at some point.
We went there for a birthday dinner. We both picked their 3 plates course which are appetizer, main and desert. Our appetizers are Wagu slice with Safran rice salad and salmon Carpaccio. Mains are uni, ikura with squid ink spaghetti and American wagu steak. Deserts are cheesecake and pudding with kuromitsu sause. We had 1 each cocktail. Total was about $140 including the tip.Little pricy side but tastes and service were great so that we are satisfied.Small restaurant also they close at 8:30 so that recommend to reserve a table or come in earlier.
This place is the best restaurant which I have in the Seattle for now. TBH I just moved here 6 months ago but I like to eat haha. When I say best. I mean the price and the food are just perfect. You can spend a little money and get a really good food. My favorite is the chicken. After trying the chicken, I came back a week after for this again.
We tried out most of the items on restaurant week menu with a big group. Overall highly recommend the salmon carpaccio appetizer and squid ink spaghetti! The ice cream of the day was really good too.Other items are tasty but don’t particularly stand out. The rice salad is served with cold rice which I’m not a fan. Wagyu linguine is decent. The three steaks are good too but don’t I’m not particularly amazed by them. The vanilla pudding is a little too sweet to taste
Great food and experience overall despite the kitchen mishap.Came here for our 4th anniversary at 7pm and turned into our longest ever dinner at 2.5 hours (I devour my food in 5 min on average) because the entrees showed up at 9pm. Don’t think any other table had long waits (3 tables who came after us got their entrees before we did), so we just had bad luck. Turns out they ran out of the cowboy ribeye; but that should’ve been solved way faster even so.Food quality was great and service was awesome even before the waiter and waitress had to make up for the situation.Would give them another try.
Japanese steakhouse with extremely delicious dishes, an incredible attention to detail, and some inventive recipes.Food: drool-worthyStaff: greatAtmosphere: cozy
delicious food, especially the uni spaghetti which is very rich. took a while in between dishes
This is our favorite and go to spot because it hits all the marks:- food is delicious and such a high quality- atmosphere is relaxed and warm- service is top notchIt’s a quaint restaurant (maybe 8-10 tables) and is definitely meat focused (Wagyu, steak, etc). They have salads, pasta, non traditional sushi, and really unique spins on classic desserts. How they do the flavor combos I’ll never understand but it’s phenomenal. If you weren’t too sure about dinner they have an awesome happy hour and the drinks are also really good. We’ve come here eight or so times and have no complaints. Chef, you’re doing a fabulous job!!Ps. Their menu changes from time to time so something you had last time may not be there in the future
Reasonably priced Wagyu steaks with other interesting appetizers.
