Specialize in ramen. Very delicious bone broth and offer a low sodium broth version too.I was here several years ago and liked their Takoyaki at the time. I got it this time and it does not taste as good as I had remembered. The reason being the octopus pieces inside the Takoyaki were too chewy and soft and not crunchy like how I recalled, so I think it might be overcooked, potentially old, or both. Too bad that the quality of that appetizer is inconsistent, but their ramen was still delicious.

Visiting from Dallas Texas area, I found Kizuki based on reviews and was not disappointed. My family and I have traveled to Japan and love good ramen. We are always trying to chase and find Ramen that measures up to our Tokyo experiences. Kizuki, was very good and might be the closest we have found to our favorite Ramen in the States. I would recommend Kizuki if you are in the area. We had a variety of their dishes, I enjoyed the Spicy Miso.

Great Ramen! The service was quick. They got the order right. They had a vegetarian/vegan broth. It is rare to have a vegetarian/vegan broth at a ramen place.I would recommend this place to a vegan or vegetarian person.

Great place to eat ramen in a rainy day in seattle. First time coming here the was good! Must try this ramen place. ??

Really good soup broth for ramen. The ramen texture was right to the perfect point.Karaage chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside and well seasoned. The bun for the pork belly bao could be improved. The bottom broke apart after soaked with the juice or pork. One thing that the operation should consider is having the host lady doing check in and peeling the eggs with same pair of gloves.

Have eaten here a few years ago and thought this was some of the ramen I've had in awhile. I re-visited this place yesterday and found many changes. I know staffing issues during the pandemic affects many organizations and this one is no different. Got there just after 5pm. I could only see one person waiting on at least 8 tables that were seated before I sat down. She had support by others who brought food out but the initial order taking was done by only one person which made the service quality only 2 stars. Once our food order was taken it arrived in a timely manner. The menu was expanded from my first visit which had a nice selection and variety of items including many different ramen flavors. With that being said I was a little disappointed in the noodles with is one of the main ingredients aside from the soup base. The noodles were short and chewy so a bit undercooked. The soup a bit oily and garlically, which is not what I ordered. I ordered miso ramen... I also ordered goma ae (spinach seasoned with sesame seed) a side dish. It was overpowering... way too much of their sauce and spinach undercooked. The Chicken karaage was very good and I would recommend this as an appetizer. I think this place which started more as a ramen shop made it appealing but as they expanded their menu and turned more into an Izakaya (pub or bar) they have lost their desire and focus of bringing great quality Japanese cuisine. I know they have expanded to many other locations and sometimes when you grow you have growing pains... All-in-all this is still a nice place for above average food and service...

Superb ramen. Can be slow when they are busy, but well worth the wait. Travels well for takeout.

Wow, delicious ramen place in Cap Hill. Wait wasn't too bad. Food was delicious! Service was fast and friendly. Non-existent parking so try to uber or walk over. Will definitely be back.

The chicken rich ramen here is really nice, especially on a cold rainy day. Their broth and eggs are really flavourful. I was told that they marinate their eggs for at least 4 hours.

Every time I've been here, the food has been excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the overall atmosphere is very positive. They always get the ramen egg just right, unlike some other places I've been to. Will come back again.
