Food is usually pretty tasty, however this particular location seems to have some issues with closing early/ broken machines just about every time I call. Times are tough right now, I get it. Still my favorite ramen place!
I had the Tonkotsu Shoyu as is and it was totally perfect! Also if you can try their Takoyaki!
Passable food, terrible service.By far the worst table service I’ve had in the past year. I was SHOCKED with the lack of professionalism by the hostess. Some highlights:-I asked if there was a vegetarian option for a rice and fish appetizer. She responded with a smirk and asked if I wanted a side of rice-She did not ask for my order; I had to ask to order food before she walked away-My girlfriend asked for a fork. The hostess interrupted: “You're going to have to wait; everyone is yelling at me right now.” Restaurant had 3 tables seated.-When the fork arrived: We heard the wisp of a “Here” before we spotted a fork being flung onto the table from her general direction.-We asked for check. No acknowledgment, no eye contact.Garlic tonkotsu was quite nice; onigiri was tasty as well! Girlfriend wasn’t as happy with the veggie ramen.Verdict: order online or to go, if at all
The ramen was very delicious, especially the broth. The egg was cooked nicely too. A little bit on the pricier side but worth the cost.
They're posted hours are incorrect they close little after 9 all depending if they have people or not. I arrived a little after 9 and was told they only had a few fried items because they were closed.
Came here on a whim, and am SO glad we did. Sayla was our server and helped us to make our suggestions and was so kind to us. We ended up ordering the Potato Croquettes, Chicken Karrage, Garlic Tonkotsu (no egg or nori, sub pork belly for .50 extra) and Hakata Tonkotsu. The potato croquettes were absolutely divine and we scarffed them down before we remembered to get a photo. Hot and soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. SO GOOD! The chicken karrage was perfectly cooked, fried dark meat chicken. My Garlic Tonkotsu was absolutely perfect -- such a rich, garlicky, pork broth with rich pieces of pork and tender, al dente noodles. Everything just melted in your mouth. This restaurant is now on my roster of excellent places!
I enjoyed my ramen. But for my partner’s ramen, it was just too much noodle and less soup. The music of the restaurant was too loud and we couldn’t sit like good 10 minutes.
I am a delivery driver, means I walk in and and wait for the food until is ready, I been here at least 8 min so far, if I am sick at this point you will get it!So is absolutely ridiculous the I am delivering your restaurant food and you don't allow me to use your restroom because I don't have my vaccination card with me! You guys are as ridiculous as this mandate! If we were sick just by delivering the food we will be passing the virus, if your customers are sick just by walking in and seating are passing the virus! Seriously we are delivering your food, helping your bussines! And we are not allowed to use the bathroom?
Yo this ramen SLAPS. I wouldn't spring for their spiciest options - I got a medium spicy bowl and even that put up a fight. The super-mega spicy bowls I think would just be unpleasant!Still I was floored by the quality of my ramen and I'm very much looking forward to going back and sampling the izakaya side of the menu. If the ramen was that good there's no way the bar food can be bad.
Great ramen with lots of depth. Also got the tentacle balls which were amazing. I’ll be coming here again
