Opening time subject to chance and doesn't match online or physical hours posted. Got in line at 11:05 and was told it would be 5 mins. Then told it would be another 20.It's been about 50% chance of getting the order wrong, and another 50% it's cooked correctly. Cheese curds are usually over cooked, and chicken tenders are often lukewarm. Burgers also lukewarm though I don't have those often.I work across the street and can see the drive through from where I eat my lunch. It's never a fast trip. As others have mentioned, getting told to pull around front seems to be the standard rather than an exception, not just when ordering something with a long prep time.If you can go elsewhere, I recommend doing so.
I ordered a 12 piece family meal and they left out a side. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. It’s really not that hard to make sure everything is there
Raw undercooked fried chicken! This is unacceptable!
Today the drive-thru cashier took my payment, then immediately turned around and reached into the chicken warmer and handed a fellow employee my food with the same rubber gloves he took my payment with. To add insult to injury, he copped an additude when I requested an immediate refund. This is absolutely unacceptable during these Covid-19 times.
They always forget the gravy. Even after I ask. And I get home NO GRAVY!
Chicken Pot Pie on a rainy Seattle night, Perfect!
Was a little of a wait but it was worth it good food didn't mess up my complicated order .
Meh chicken was not hot or tasty it’s always hit or miss never consistent ?
if i could give a 0, i would. i pulled up to pay and the worker was just staring at me without saying anything, it was weird and made me uncomfortable….he then gave me sprite in a milkshake cup? and didnt even speak the whole time….im pretty sure he was a manager or supervisor too
Don't order through the app, they won't pick up the phone so you end up waiting forever.
