KFC, SHAME ON YOU for serving me the product you did. Ticket:#1135, 5:55pm…May 05,2022. The 10 piece feast was over cooked/dry and burnt. There were no biscuits but I did receive 17 packets of honey and 12 packets of hot sauce.

Chicken tenders are always a hit and miss.Biscuit always hits the spot.Workers need to learn to make mashed potatoes with no gravy, especially when that's what's been ordered.

I have been going here since I moved to.the area... the customer service is bland to say the least... and thats putting it nicely... I ordered a chicken pot pit and it looks like someone cut it in half... I didn't eat it because it was so odd...

I'm not sure what's worse, the dried chicken, the rude service, or the fact that you don't get the items that you paid for.

Even though they forgot one of my three piece chicken meals, im going to give 5 stars. Heres why; this location is right next to a homeless encampment so I'm sure the manager gets a lot of unwanted or unfortunate visitors, however they seem to still cater to the surrounding community with no attitude and unbegrudgingly. I went it into the store to get my missing meal and the manager and all of her employees were eager to help me, didn't question if I had a receipt or get defensive, which is super rare as I've worked in fast food before and sometimes employees take their jobs way too seriously. In so many words, this location has restored my faith in the fast food service industry.

Absolutely love their spicy chicken sandwiches!!!!! It beats all the others hands down. Tell me I am not telling the truth! Even Chick-fil-A and burger king! McDonald's doesn't even come close!!! I used to work for them 38 years ago and I wish they had a spicy chicken them. Way to go KFC you set the bar High when you make a spicy sandwich!

nothing this food was awful the coleslaw was old it smelled spoiled the chicken seem like it was cooked yesterday this food was ridiculous ? and when I took the coleslaw back to get my refund the man didn't even want to give me a receipt for my refund

You must order online to get take out lunch. After lunch is done you can just walk in and order. This does not make any sense. Hey what do you get at KFC. Way over priced small portion chicken. They have a poor selection of sides that leave much to be desired. Its sad when up against what they had in the past. I would never eat at Taco bell. No comment about them at all. A poor state of affairs.

Very curt at the drive through. Missing my sides. No utensils or butter or napkins. I called to find a solution and all they said was sorry but didn’t offer to fix the issue. The manager was rude and snidely offered to fly us the missing items on his private jet.I paid $75 for food I didn’t receive in full and he acted like it was my fault and my problem and my responsibility to fix.I can’t go back and get the items they didn’t give me and I shouldn’t have to pay for items I didn’t get. I just want my money back but for some reason that’s not an option? This is horrible customer service!
