Had the moco Loco and was a little disappointed. The meat just broke apart in dry chunks. It's been a few years since I've eaten there due to covid. I loved it. No just so so. ?
Delicious Hawaiian food. Take out only right now. Good portions but out of poi. Ono butter mochi.
Broke da mout!!!!Super friendly staff, so "ono" grindz!!!If you know Hawaiian Kine food, you gotta try 'Em. If you don't already love island style goodies, you still need to head in! Order the Kalua Pig, you won't be disappointed :-)
We ordered loco moco and a breakfast kind of dish and the cashier told us the wait would be 15 mins. 45 mins later I'm still waiting for my order and the cashier told me 2 times that the order was almost ready. After we got our order, speechless, the portion was tiny...While waiting, a man kept coughing heavily and chatting non stop without having a mask. The restaurant just does not care about other feelings. There are definitely other better take out options than this one.
The food is as good as ever, but I miss the wonderful dine-in atmosphere.
Absolutely amazing food and people. 10/10 recommend
For a hole in the wall hawaiian joint this place is spectacular ... Breakfast entrees are a comfortable breakfast size and lunch/dinner being a little bigger makes for a nice meal for average price
I had the kalua bbq burger, and it came to just under $10 for a solid, delicious meal.
Crispy ginger chicken is unmatched from other places I’ve tried. The mac salad is a must try as a side! The canned Hawaiian drinks are pretty great too! It’s nice supporting local restaurants with tasty food!
Unfortunately no malassdas today, but still great food is available.
