I wish there were spicy levels to choose from. My gf and I tried their paneer tikka masala which was way too spicy and tasted too much like a spicy tomato soup. The butter masala is more mild and palatable, so if one is sensitive to spicy food, go for the butter masala. The naan this time was dry, hard and inedible. I'm willing to come back and try other things and keep ordering the butter masala, but this time it was a disappointment.
Great Indian restaurant. The owner is amazing and super friendly. The Indian food is good. It has all the dishes you would want and others. I didn’t take photos because I scarfed it down so quickly!The Indian curry was very good. The bread sampler is $12 but it has so much bread and it’s great for 3 people. There are also different types of naan and bread which is fun.
I ordered from this restaurant based on positive Google reviews and people raving about the lamb dishes. I ordered three different dishes, the okra, the Rogan Josh and the Malai Kofta. All of them tasted the same. It was like they reused the same curry base/gravy and just threw different ingredients in it. It didn’t taste bad, but it didn’t taste particularly good either. Another negative was that the garlic naan I ordered had chili flakes on it. Super weird, never seen naan that looked like that.
Ordered multiple items on Uber eats. Excellent food. Every item was delicious! I’m surprised I didn’t know about this place despite it being near me. Priced reasonably too!
Food was delicious! Everything from the mango lassi to the main entrée was great. Staff and owner were so warm and welcoming. Only wish I had found out about this spot sooner.
I will definitely be going back to Kalia! The portions were huge and every item I tried was delicious. Staff was super friendly, as well.
Everything was delicious, as always. We even ordered extra planning to have the leftovers. It was so good we still ate too much. We got the paneer butter masala, the lamb jalfrezi, and the chicken Tandoori. Also the garlic naan bread is always good. Definitely recommend!!
This restaurant has a very average ambience but the food is good.For the portion size, the prices are a bit too high.Absolutely loved the Lamb boti kabab. The lamb was extremely soft and melts in your mouth.The lamb coconut curry was really good too, though the portion size was small. They seem to do their lamb dishes well, the lamb was cooked to perfection, super soft and not chewy.The mango lassi though was awful. It did not taste like lassi at all. Seemed more like a watered down milkshake.Overall though the dishes were tasty.Price point should be reduced for the quantity served.
The BEST korma and saag paneer!!! Such a great experience ! The owner is so awesome , he really made an impression on my cousin and I. Please eat here ! Thank you for our mango lassis kind sir !!!
Had such a great experience here the other night! Really wonderful hospitality and a very kind owner. We got the Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken, as well as samosas and so much garlic naan. Everything was great!
