I thought the desserts here were amazing! I got the Thai iced tea and my friends got the mango sticky rice. That being said, I didn’t mind the overall atmosphere, nor did we experience and unacceptable wait. The food was a 5 star for me. The service was a two star. I wouldn’t go as far to say they were being intentionally rude, but they weren’t very friendly or welcoming. On the service side, I would say probably a two star. I think the owner needs to be aware - the kindness of the staff could be a little better :)
Best Asian dessert I’ve ever had. My new fave go-to spot in the city! I ordered the mango sticky rice with Thai tea soft serve. I couldn’t believe how delicious and huge the portions were. Definitely filled me up for a meal’s worth of food. Will be bringing my friends and visiting family here from now on.
I have been here four times. My favorite shaved ice in town! The taro one is soooooo good! Strawberry cheesecake one has cream cheese in the shaved ice, also super delicious!
Star rating is based on the food only.I came here for dessert several times. I have tried several different items(mango, sesame, taro, Thai ice tea...), and so far I have not been disappointed.Bonus: attentive staff, great service
This place was a delight. The staff was great and shouted the order numbers very clearly. I got the Thai tea with coconut milk and it tasted like the milk in the bowl after the cereal. We also got the sweet corn shave ice. That was an experience. I didn't like. One friend was middle of the road, and the other one will eat anything. Probably wouldn't order the sweet corn again, but would definitely return to order something more fruity and fab.
This is a great dessert place! You can definitely share a dessert with 2-3 people and they are just gorgeous! Delicious desserts that are also pleasing to the eye? What else can you ask for? Definitely try some bingsoo here!
Pretty good desserts. Went in and had a bubble tea and the pandan mango sticky rice soft serve. You can tell the staff puts extra care in the desserts they make. Staff was also very friendly.
Super slow at preparing orders. Kicking out customers who just got their food (I literally only had one bite) at 9pm because “you are not actively waiting for an order and we need to close to clean.”In any sit-down place, the common courtesy is to giving customers reasonable time to finish their food no matter how late as long as they put in orders. I am so shocked and couldn’t believe what I heard.We had to handhold the melting desert/shaved ice in cold weather, and finish them in the car parked on the street.Taste is not that impressive; not worth the wait nor the service.

I had their mango sticky rice soft serve and their Thai tea shaved ice. For the mango sticky rice soft serve, you get to choose your soft serve flavors. I got the Mix flavor soft serve which was coconut charcoal and thai tea. Both of my desserts were soooooo delicious!!! I loved the sticky rice and mango. It was so good! The Thai tea shaved ice was amazing and also came with a side of mocha. I highly recommend this place!!!
