The atmosphere of this place is amazing, everything is super cute, even the bathroom but I'm giving four starts because the menu doesn't have enough information, and sometimes you want to add more extras and you can't. I ordered a bear cup but I didn't understand what were the ingredients of it. I ordered a milk tea with it but I just received a tea with the beard cup, but I paid more for the milk tea. So in the end I was confused with my order but the bear cup was very tasty, I really recommend it!
May look hip and cool inside, but the wait was terrible. The place was not even that busy at 3PM on Saturday but it took longer than 40mins to get a single bubble tea out. On top of that, there’s no person you can talk to if your order has issues because they take your order via a kiosk machine. If you want to experience well decorated interior design, go for that, but I would not recommend you go just for the taste of bubble tea.You might want to wait two or three months until the hype is gone, then go try it out.I would not return.. simply because I need a good boba tea.The cloud lights on the ceiling were cool.
Like everyone says the place is decorated really cute so for that I can give it 5 starts but as far as the drinks, not so much. At least the one I ordered. I got ordered the peach love galaxy. I drank from the straw and the pink boba at the bottom was warm so that was weird. The “milk” part didn’t mix well with the fruit part, it kind of just stuck to the sides of the cup. I think one experience from this place is good enough but I wouldn’t try it again.
You must go and try their bear cups. The decoration is really beautiful! Music is really hi! I heard that they can make commemorative gifts for couples in the future! Overall their fruit tea is very characteristic and doesn't feel like a powder brew!

Unfortunately, in the nicest way possible, this is the worst bubble tea I’ve literally ever had. Go literally anywhere else, like Sharetea or Oasis or something. I got the purple popo which is Yam and it tasted like raw yam blended with ice. Like it had no flavor. I threw it away. It was awful. Also the guy working there wasn’t out in front to take our order. He walked out from the back, pointed at the screen to order and ran back to the back. Didn’t speak to us at all. Then after like 5 mins he brought our drinks out and had no idea which drink was which. My bf got the cherry blossom which as actual flowers in it and also lacked flavor. Our friend got the tiramisu and the boba was mixed with dates that were crunchy and hard. It was super weird. Would not come back. 3/5 of us threw our drinks away.
I went here because the atmosphere looked absolutely fantastic. I walked in and first thing I noticed is there was no music. Not a big deal to a lot of people, but music has the ability to change peoples moods so just a suggestion for the first impression. This is NOT AT ALL a good place for the drinks or anything of that sort. The drinks were tasteless, and watery, we didn’t even drink them at all. And the smoke ice cream/ marshmallow thing was a cool idea but the vapor went away before we were even able to get spoons and the ice cream was frost bit and no good at all. Absolutely terrible. I feel bad for the poor girl working there, she was the ONLY one working and the whole room was obviously irritated. I could tell she was under a lot of stress and I can’t help but think she isn’t being treated fairly in her work space. Humans have a mental capacity and she was obviously passed it. She clearly needed help in there. I wouldn’t recommend this place even for the environment. Unless you plan on stopping in for a minute to take a picture and not buy anything. I would have asked for a refund (VERY expensive) but I did not want to put that girl under any more stress. Please stop over working her and figure out some management
This venue is definitely a must see. It's a whole different vibe and kids will especially like it here. must check it out and their drinks are good.
The hours listed said they were open but they definitely unfortunately weren’t. I also tried calling them but they didn’t answer and had no voicemail. Such a bummer!
Terrible customer service. The tea was stupidly sweet and they refused to re-make a new one without sugar. First time I came here the drink was amazing, unfortunately the second time the experience was terrible. Paid $7 and drunk a sip.
