I've eaten here three times over the last couple months. Each meal was good to very good.
This is My daughter favorite dish at this restaurant, and she enjoyed it very much.
Each time that I came here they put less food inside the bowl. This is a large bowl , the food is great but they are starting to economize in food and that it is not the way to keep your customers. Planning to not comeback anymore
We ordered so much because everything sounded and indeed tasted so good!
I love their poke bowls so much! Any time I've gotten a bowl from here it's been absolutely delicious. Super fresh, too! Not to mention the staff is lovely! Couldn't recommend tgis place enough!
I have ordered from Just Poke a few times now. They have messed up my order more than three times and I’m finally just going to leave a review about it. I ordered the dynamite bowl and asked for the sauce to be on the side. They instead mixed the sauce in which makes it pretty difficult to eat. I want the spice but I want to be able to add it and I’m not given that option when they disregard my note/option to add it on the side. They also have the image of the dynamite bowl showing edamame and onions with the meal. The description does not show edamame or onions as the person indicted to me over the phone. I still believe it is misleading. Especially when all their other bowls have the description and the image matching. The individual on the phone was not offering any solution but just being more combative to my concerns. I get they need to check the order but even when he knew they messed up with the sauce, all that was said was sorry.Overall, super disappointed.
The lady working wouldnt give me the time of day for basic courtesy.(I said hi how are you and she ignored that and went straight into trying to take my order)I tried to inquire about a interisting looking rice desert that was sitting out unlabeled, to which she responded with " ill get back to you some other time."(There was only 1 customer in the whole store who had already ordered and was paying for their food)So I get a feeling like she simply did not want me there, didn't care about me as a person, or a customer.I even tried making small talk about how I slipped in the ice and hurt myself but she blew me off and only wanted to take my order, didn't treat me like a human.
Ordered online for pickup, but they didn't know about my order when I got there. Not a big deal, had to wait a little longer. The real problem with the order was they didn't give me what I actually ordered. I ordered the Pike Place bowl and they left off the following ingrediants: crunchy onions, sesame seeds, house shoya. The biggest problem of course was leaving off the shoyu. I ended up adding some of my own soy sauce and it just wasn't very good. There are a lot of better poke options nearby. I'm going to be picking one of them from now on.
We had the Shrimp Tempura with Torched Crab Bowl and liked it a lot. We would definitely return to this restaurant. The servers were very attentive and helpful.
If you are looking for something different but nice then this is the place to come to.
