Edible but wouldn’t eat here again only the fries were good. Meat was over cooked, dry and flavorless. The ranch tastes nothing like ranch. The banana shake is made with artificial flavor. The bun is dense and firm. Not sure how you can get simple things so wrong.
Excellent burger and fries, you can even get a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. May need a fork.
First encounter ever. Loved loved LOVED my burger. They guy prepping my burger looked at me kinda funny when I asked for some mustard & ketchup. Little did I know those things were NOT necessary. The sauce is so so so yummy. Packaging/presentation was quite elevated for a "burger". Fries were good too. It's contactless so can't use cash. Was the best meal I had during my visit to Seattle. I'll go back if I get the chance.
I ordered online and the confirmation emails said my food would be ready in 45 minutes, I arrived 5 minutes after they said my food would be done and my ordered wasn't done. I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for my food to be done 1 burger and some fries. And then when I opened my food to eat, my burger was missing the onion rings. Definitely won't be returning to this burger joint.
Probably the best burger in town. Their quality is pretty consistent; their burger tasted good every time I visited. If you love Swiss cheese you should definitely try out their Swiss cheese mushroom burger. Their house special fries is really flavorful and you can tell their ingredients are fresh from the taste.
I must have been hungry because I've never been here but tried it anyway. I should have saved money. The waffle fries were cold and dry and the burgers are too small for such a large price. The cook could have been easy on the mayo. He put a half cup of mayo on my burger, it seemed. Try Mr. Lu's. The burgers are bigger, same price, and the fries are hot and delicious.
The text I got after placing my order said it would be ready between 7:25-7:30 and made it seem like it wouldn’t be earlier then that. It was about 35-40 minutes from when I placed the order so I decided to run an errand beforehand thinking it would be awhile. And on the way there around 7:25 I realized I got a text at 7:11 saying my order was ready for pickup. When I picked up the food I noticed how light the bag was and thought something was missing from my order. When I opened the bag later there was nothing missing the portion sizes were just really small. For $35 for two burgers and onion rings I was expecting more. The burgers were small and the onion rings were in a small cup and there weren’t many. It felt like a snack not a meal. Everything was eaten in less then 10 minutes. The food we did get was great though! I understand prices have gone up but I felt tricked especially after the pictures on their website when you’re ordering make you think you’re getting more. The portions were about half of what the pictures showed. Wish I would have known before ordering but at least the food was good.

Ordered for take outs.Their sweet potato fries is really good. Curly fries is ok, I feel like it's lacking some flavors.The bulgogi sandwich definitely tastes like bulgogi if you were to order it from some Korean restaurant. It's a nice one.The Tenessee is just a mashup of messiness. It's good, but the regrets of eating it might come later. We were doing family style, sharing everything. I only took a small bite, it was really good, and I knew that I would regret it if I were to eat one whole thing.
Ordered online, was ready for pickup quickly. Food was warm and delicious.
