Easy to say this is by far my favorite breakfast spot in seattle!
Perfect service, fantastic food, warm and relaxedatmosphere
I'd never been here before, or even heard of it. I went for breakfast earlier today. It was slow, but not empty. The waiter was prompt, attentive, and pleasant. I'd snagged a groupon, and it made no difference whatsoever to the service or food quality; in fact, I was surprised at just how easy it was to use. All I had to do was slide the groupon bar to used and they took care of the rest.The food was amazing. I couldn't believe how fast it came out, but it was still hot, and fresh. I'd even done a custom omelet. Everything was correct. The omelet was stuffed, potatoes were far more than I could eat, and the biscuit... well. It was very, very much worth the extra charge to have that freshly made, still warm strawberry compote/jam. You can tell when it doesn't come out a jar! Also, the waffle was the best I've had in a long time. Just simple goodness. Now I even have leftovers for tomorrow :)It truly surpassed my expectations. I definitely will be going back again.
Very friendly, accommodating, and casual brunch spot. Super fast, high-quality food. Outdoor patio could use a fan on the hot days, but other than that it was amazing, will be coming back again and making it a frequent spot to come to for brunch.
I received my coffee in a dirty mug at first (stained with red lipstick) but the server was quick to replace it.

Looked forward to brunch, but my son's waffle wasn't added to the order and my daughter's over medium egg whites were liquid runny. Not the best experience.
Absolutely I’m love with this place. As a celiac their gluten free menu is a dream: chicken and waffles, eggs Benedict, pancakes!!! Staff are lovely and the area is wonderful for a walk.
Great food, friendly service and awesome mimosa prices. Was great for a mothers day brunch ?
Food was ok, but the server acted like we were an imposition and couldn’t wait to churn us out.
