wife has been to place serval times, loves the dim-sum. I went this last Sunday to take her and her parents for fathers day, she ordered what she would usually. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, on way home I became very sick. made it back to puyallup to spend rest of day in the bathroom and throwing up, I don't know if the chicken was spoiled. But ruined my fathers day I had planned, will not be going back.
We came here many times for dim sum but this time they did not have dim sum which was odd. They had no explanation why there was no dim sum. Our food took too long. Fried fish came out first out of the 4 dishes we ordered so it got cold. We had to ask for rice 3 times so we can start eating the fish. Chow Mein is dry and has no flavor. Lady at the front apologize for the long wait.
The service wasn’t great, it took a long time for employees to get to our table, ex: they didn’t serve us water for about an hour and while we were eating and we’ve only encountered 2 employees pushing the cart of food our entire stay. Usually it’s courtesy to give water while handing over plates. Another thing I noticed, I come here once in awhile so I know the usual size of the foods (Dim sum), this time the size of the food was smaller than usual (not the proportions), but they still charge the same price if not more for it. The food was delicious, but not worth the wait and customer service.
Classic restaurant. Good food. Servers will try their best to get to you. Keeping in mind this restaurant is heavy in volume.
The food and service was okay. The sizzling rice soup wasn't very good though. Went on Xmas Eve and it wasn't very crowded. The chowmein tasted good but it didnt have much of the other ingredients other than noodles. Our party enjoyed the salt & pepper pork chops the most. The shrimp with black bean sauce had too much green peppers in it. The shrimp with lobster sauce was good.
The best Chinese broccoli ever, hats off to the chef. Fresh crisp and cut for a bite size. Other dim some were good.
Best food ever. The staff is very nice and welcoming. While we waited for our order, they offered tea or water and said they'd prep it as soon as possible since Doordash messed up for a bit. The food was basically ready in 10 minutes since they got our order. Very fast and yummy.
Men's bathroom reeks and one stall has broken lock. Food was ehhh... one of my favorite dishes (Footballs - Homswayco?) Was fill with shrimp instead and tasted like how fish food smells.
Ordered several things that never showed up. Food was kinda good, not super crowded. Will go again with my friend Tim
Call to order to go , she said around 45 minute. I go there after half an hour. There wasn’t a lot of people & most table had distanced , that was good , but only one waiter & the lady receptionist. She told me even I had order , also need to wait for long time to get them. She said you can wait or cancel.her attitude very rude .
