I was visiting and I used Jones BBQ to provide food for our family reunion that was held in Seattle, WA. Ordered food for 50 people and the food was wonderful!!! We had ribs, chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket and the greens. All the meat was seasoned well and tender…if you haven’t tried the beef brisket you must…so GOOD!! We would definitely use them again.
Ordered through Grubhub. I had tried years ago ordering rib tips. I decided to try it after all theses years. I ordered ribs brisket greens and macaroni and cheese. The meat was tender well cooked seasoned and very good. The macaroni was cheesy the way I like it but a little too much salt. I’m happy I tried Jones BBQ! I will order again.
The young gave us good customer service. The young lady was too busy eating. She mixed up our food, I asked for mild BBQ sauce and got spicy. Our order was to go, we will go back service and food has been good ? in the past.
We were the 1st customers of the day. The gentleman behind the register was not wearing a mask but we all were. We came for BBQ chicken but he said it would not be ready for several hours. So 4 of us got the ribs (me and my son's got the baked ribs/sauce on side) and my GMA got the brisket. Sides ordered was Mac & cheese, collard greens and dessert was peach cobbler. When we got home to eat the ribs we descent nothing special. Mac & cheese was not very cheesey and kinda just taste like salt. Peach cobbler was the best thing we ordered. Was not what my palette quite expected but my GMA lived her brisket. 5meals plus dessert cost about $175. They do sell their own BBQ sauce. Small establishment was expecting big bold flavors. Not bad but not the bomb either. Personal opinion.
Ordered sauce on the site. It’s been weeks. No shipping confirmation, no product. Can’t reach anyone by phone. No one has answered my website communication submissions. I reached out via instagram In hopes of receiving any communication or help whatsoever. We’ll see if that works. So far, terrible customer service.
Worst bbq I have ever had. Order from Uber eats. Order was completely wrong, missing the rib dinner, only received 1of 4 sides. The peach cobblers was inedible, asked for light sauce. They drowned the food in sauce. Then the food was meh, brisket had no smoke to it no bark. Rib tips felt like they boiled them, again no smoke. Awful ??
The ribs were amazing. I am not sure if I got the medium or hot bbq sauce on them but which ever it was definitely had some kick to it. Only thing I have to say is the mac was hella soggy. Other than that everything was bomb, staff was cool as well.
Mac and cheese has minced garlic flavor...not a fan. The pecan pie was too sweet and had an odd cardboard taste. The pulled pork was ok but overall very disappointing.
Fat wasn’t rendered on brisketBeans tasted like canned bushes baked beans.Mac was dry and gritty.Corn bread was too sweet. Everything was too sweet.Won’t return.
Incredible bbq, ribs and chicken were outta this world. Sides were incredible, and the sweet potato pie was jaw dropping. Get a bottle of the bbq sauce if you're a sweet sauce kinda person too. Spicy is great too, but very light on spice.
