This Jamba location is always consistent, fast, and the staff are friendly and polite. My favorite go-to smoothie spot!
Wonderful customer service and friendly staff offering suggestions and providing smaller kids cups I didn’t even know was an option. We got there before a rush and the staff still continued to work hard while being customer service oriented.

You just shipped my order out via DoorDash with half of it missing. That's the second time this has happened with your location. Last time for me. Please get your quality control in order so you're not causing a ton of frustrated people in the neighborhood to then go on and have bad days.

When Covid shutdowns last year my coworker and I lost our favorite smoothie shop. This is the first place we've found that we enjoyed. They have an entire section of their menu with smoothies made only from whole foods. The Smooth Talkin' Mango smoothie, Vanilla Blue Sky bowl, and Pomegranate Paradise smoothie were all incredibly taste-full and refreshing. Thanks Jamba Juice ??
Haven’t been to Jamba for years and today while wandering around University Village decided it was just what I needed. Initial reaction was is there a line? Do I order from these screens near the cash register? I asked a young woman standing there and she said she was in line. Ok, so I waited behind her and after quite a few minutes someone came to take her order. I don’t know if she was applying for a job or what, but her transaction was taking forever with the worker slowly and awkwardly typing stuff into the register with her disposable and too-big gloves on (are you really supposed to use the register with gloves on?). While this is happening, two other workers are just milling about, casually spraying out blenders and chit chatting. They clearly saw me waiting, there is another register… but no one said anything to me. I was completely ignored. I was hungry and tired and wanted some food, but my anger and disappointment won out and I left.
Jamba Juice is always one of my favorite smoothie places. But today we decided to test out their Açaí bowls. My wife and I have been on a huge Açaí bowl kick for the past 2 months...but sadly most places that serve them close around 6-7pm. But guess what? JAMBA JUICE stays open until 9.The university district Jamba Juice is very clean and always has friendly employees. They are relatively quick and I've never had any kind of issue with my orders. The açaí bowl I order was delicious and the fruits on top tasted very fresh. If I had to pick something to mention it would be that my bowl was a little frozen at the bottom still or not well blended but that's ok. My wife's was perfect and either way they both were equally delicious.If you are needing that late night açaí bowl craving to be filled...stop by Jamba Juice -Colter
