Brisket was dry and full of gristle. They were out of a bunch of stuff too in the middle of the lunch hour, slaw, pulled pork etc

Pulled Pork sandwich was delicious and so was the musterd potato salad. Generous portions and reasonable prices for Seattle. Jack was on sight and explained the BBQ process to us as we waited for our food. Super nice guy!

Dried brisket - probably because we went in after lunch. I guess they only serve fresh portions during busy time, and leave dry out portions for the off peak hour. I didn’t see any happy hour - perhaps food is just disappointing in general.
Great service! I came here with a group of girlfriends and we we were looking forward to trying a new place.
The Brisket is the Bomb. Outdoor dining and their heaters work nicely
definitely worth it!! their chicken is top notch, the smoke flavor is not over powering and the simplicity of the meat rubs allows you to still taste the yummy tender brisket
