I would like to take the time and say 5 stars to this place because of their customer service. I go there since I drive Uber at night and usually order through the app. The place is quick and food is great. Only 2 times has there been a mishaps on my order but when I spoke to Yair (I think it’s spelt right) he was so nice and apologetic enough to remake the order and that made me feel like this place cares. Also the manager at the drive through window (can’t remember her name (Carmen)? Was so nice and apologized once I brought up what Yair said in the notes. Again, no place is perfect nor do I expect them to be but to handle customer service this way and to make things right is the key. I worked as a restaurant manager in Bellevue for years until I fell in love with driving and know the ropes to treat others with respect and correct mistakes so must say this place gets 5 stars ? Thanks Jack in the Box Crew and also to the cooks in the back I can’t see or talked to but they are working hard and the backbone!
Ice cream machine is sometimes out of service and when it is it's out for days. Location has some homeless people coming up and asking for change. Other than that it's pretty typical for a Jack in the Box
Jack in the Box here is always so good when I'm driving by here i stop in threw the drive threw to get some food . Stop in bring your friend's and family when driving by .

They don't really listen to you in the headset , they get the order wrong but I mean its something to eat real quick
Love using the app to order ahead. Open 24 hours I believe... at least always open when I come at 4am Sunday mornings.
The line seemed to be going pretty fast when I first pulled up. The cars were moving along in no time at all.. Until the truck in front of me was done ordering, and pulled forward just enough to block me from ordering. When I got to the window, I waited for what felt like forever. Upon opening the foil wrapper to my "meat lover's burrito," I wondered what had taken them so long? The first three bites were nothing but tortilla, and I don't take small bites. Upon further investigation, the interior if the burrito looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Rather than having pieces of meat evenly spread throughout, there was a piece of ham on top of a whole sausage patty in the center, one very pale and soggy piece of what was supposed to be bacon, and the rest was egg. I suddenly lost my appetite. Should have known better than to expect a pleasant meal from Jack in the crack.
It's fast food, but they did get my order correct and the staff was friendly.
Quickly prepared and completed order of a #22 with orange juice.
Everything takes too long, they usually get it wrong or the food is cold/old tasting. Won’t go there any more.
