We put our online order in to pick up dinner and waited the 10 mins they say it would take to pick up.When we got to the restaurant we told them we put in a online order and we were there to pick it up. They told us it hasn't populated yet and that we should wait 20 mins and come back around. Which was fine.What was not fine was them having us wait there for over an hour with the kids for them to tell us in the end there's nothing they can do. No refund no food. And a an hour and a half of our time wasted looking at them do nothing.If they had told us from the beginning that there was nothing they could do about the online order we would've understood and been on our way.. but stringing us along for that long with kids in the car was the wrong way to handle the situation.The store manager was on the phone and we were still told to come talk to her Monday instead of her managing her employees to do something to make it right.Plus the only way to get a refund or inquire about our order is to leave a survey card online..Until Jack's makes it right we won't be wasting our time with a company that doesn't care about it's customers time or money. I can only imagine they care about the food just a much.
This is almost the worst jack in the box that i have ever gone to. The 1st one is on 128th & Ambaum blvd. in burien.The other night i was so hungry after being sick for days and all i wanted was a double jack with cheeze. I go there and my boyfriend and i both ordered $20 in food. I ordered a double jack with cheeze, regular fries and a pop. He ordered a jumbo jack with cheeze and 2 tacos.... We recieved 2 jumbo jacks with no cheeze , cold fries, no tacos at all, and my pop tasted like they hadnt cleaned the machine in forever. My coca cola tasted like an rc cola... I am so un-impressed with the service here i will never waste my time or money to buy food from hete ever again.
Open it up 24 hours. It’s drive through and it’s been 2 years since COVID.

I don't eat fast food even weekly maybe once a month when I'm on the mainland. I grew up in San Diego and I think that's where Jack in the Box started. My first ? taco came in the Jack in the Box drive thru. We were a wonder bread family. And I've never gotten over their taco taste. The company was bought by the food maker division of Purina then they expanded east of the Mississippi. Since I moved out west I don't know if that expansion worked out for them. But when I'm on the mood there's nothing like a J in the B taco. I got four because they have quit making the super taco. And a jumbo jack with cheese. The tacos were exactly like I remember them from almost seventy years ago! And surprise if all surprises the hamburger tasted flame broiled and truly good. I shoulda gotten the curly fries.
I changed my review because most other chains have moved on from the toilet paper roll straws and moved into the compostable ones. How much longer do we have endure our straws dissolving in our drinks or collapsing in our mouths before we've had a chance to drink them? You do know there are better options out there right?
Giving them 1stars is being generous they don't open on time nor do they have there things turned on to get anything done. Would not recommend it. I have worked in many food places and the first thing is to get the fryers on. Also I went there twice the first time they told me it was open and according to the website they are open at 6am not 6:20am.
Look, no one goes to jack in the box at 10:00pm because they're expecting world class service. Context is important here. But they gotta get some more staff or something, wait time was about 20 minutes with only 5 cars in the queue.
