I eat here regularly because it's convenient. It's by far the worst JITB there is if you go at night. Food is either cold,made wrong or it's just completely missing from the order. When you order & pay for extras like bacon or other extra toppings,you would think they would at least get those correct. More times than not the order is incorrectHow hard is it to read a screen and get orders correct?
Still America's good old standby for sour dough burgers and other good foods for cheap bucks. This site had to close the dining room with all the street problems wondering in. But the drive through is quite busy. For sure, SAVE THOSE COUPONS that show up in your junk mail. They're great for a ?or a special ? and French fries ? with a drink ?combo. Admit it, you KNOW you want it. So just shut up and go there.
This place is a below average jack in the box. They tend to be rude as the methadone clinic patients and drug dealers use it as a meeting spot for illegal activity but they have cracked down on that especially during covid as they closed the dining room and allow only drive through. Don't expect hot fresh food and sometimes forget about carbonation in your soda. The milkshakes are just soft serve blended a bit. If you are looking for fast food like this go down the street to McDonald's or burger King. Even Denny's
Decent but when i asked for bacon or to remove pickle the operator scratched through the drive through speaker “NO”. idk but im not fighting that kind of attitude so i enjoyed my meal with bitter pickles and lack of bacon
Whoever was on the headset at 10pm feb 13 was appallingly rude. So rude we backed out of the drive thru. without even making our first order.This isn’t the first time neither and from what I see from other reviews, he does this quite often. Goes to show the standard the management sets for their employees.We live in pioneer square and rest assured we won’t be back here as long as he’s working here.
I was there about 2 weeks ago and I have to say wow grate job they’re all super fast especially the 2 young girls with long hair, one of the girls her name is Fhatima I am very happy to consume my favorite burger at this jack, I asked a couple of questions about the ingredients and they were super nice and very helpful and I am sure I will come back many more times. highly recommended, thanks for your hard work. Hi, I ordered on feb 14th around 9:15 pm. The cashier take my order was kinda rude. We asked her give us second to see the menu but she said they don’t have time, while there was only 1 car after us in the line. The curly fries was kinda burn!!
Awesome fish sandwich. The Wild Alaska Pollock was on point and the service was great.
This Jack in the box always claims to be out of popular items late night but when you go during the day the seemingly always have the items in there munchies meals during the day.The overnight staff are ridiculously rude.I went before the munchie meals drop to $6 plus tax in order to actually actually be able to get my desired item which is almost $9 plus tax.I understand that this area may have a moderately high homeless population around. However the business practices of the particular location are absolutely egregious.Recommendation if you're not on foot go to the next nearest location about 4 miles away. They are much friendlier and don't discriminate.
Went in to buy a burger and use the bathroom. A person said something I couldn't understand even though they repeated it several times. A not thin woman came out after I was done in the bathroom and yelled at me to leave, then she told me I was to fat to need a burger. I don't get it. The door was open and unlocked there was no signage and they had a full staff working. I was wearing a mask. At the very least they should not have someone with a heavy accent speaking through a mask greet customers.
