It sucks that the soda is so insanely overpriced. I keep wanting to stop there then I remember your ridiculous prices and say screw it and go somewhere else.

Sign says open until 12am it's 10:52pm and it's closed. Get it together! If you're going to close early update your site on Google and signs so people aren't wasting their time driving there to find out it's closed!
8:45 pm Feb 5 backed out of this place having to deal with the drive through person being the rudest person I’ve ever come across at a drive through. This lady snapped when my fiancé and I we’re talking with each other about the menu unable to hear her “can you wait a second” comment. There are better ways to deal this with situation and this lady clearly shouldn’t be in that job if she can’t handle being a nice person over one simple exchange.
Food is good! Not the healthiest but the quality is consistent . Their coffee is great.
I can't understand why two fresh Sourdough Jack's came out cold! Drive thru is the only option due to covid. Why are your sandwiches COLD? I only live one block from the location. I would've returned them if indoor dining was open.
I had aultimate bacon cheeseburger burger - 2/5Onion rings(burnt and overcooked)- (-2)/5Iced tea- watered and sugarless- (-3)/5.It was drive thru, so can’t really rate the experience.
I love Jack n the Box. But this location is poorly managed. They're often closed during business hours. 3 out of 4 times I've come in the last month, they have been closed. And it's been late afternoon or early evening that they're closed. I was just there and they told me their ovens were down and I'd have to wait 10 or so minutes to order - what?? There were 2 cars ahead of me that got their food.I am tired of coming here and trying to spend my money. I am done. Won't be back. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this location.
I walked thru the drive thru, I was short and the nice employee who gets minimal pay gave me a discount n received 5 bucks back plus my large meal. AMAZING I WAS SUPER IMPRESSED did I mention I'm pregnant and about to POP! Thank you employee of Jack in A Box!!
