I'm writing this review while still savouring their signature single origin hot chocolate. Got to know about Erin's passion for chocolate and their 'bean-to-bar' story as part of Eat Seattle food tour and came back to explore more. This is definitely a must stop for anything related to chocolate. I've never had a better chocolate chip cookie than theirs ?
We took a food tour that started and ended at Indi Chocolate. During the tour, we met with the owner of Indi Chocolate. Later, we met the owner again and had a really nice discussion about how the business started. We didn't order any drinks, but the cookies were amazing. We got several souvenirs for our family and friends as well.
Their hot chocolate is overly sweet, didn't like it. Good quality single origin doesn't need this much sugar, it's ruining the taste. Truffles were really good though and the place is nice.
This place was a great warm treat for us on a chilly day. The chocolate was super rich and unique. Their sipping chocolate is like drinking a candy bar! Highly recommend.
Seriously the best hot chocolate and homemade marshmallows! Super cute atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty chocolate chip cookies. Even picked up some orange chocolate lip balms that were so tasty. Highly recommend!
I rarely give bad reviews but.. Went here with my friends to get the drinking chocolate after hearing raving reviews and unfortunately we were all super disappointed. The hot chocolate tasted nothing like the rich chocolate we were expecting, seemed like a weak version of hot chocolate and had an overpowering taste of something other than chocolate. Unfortunately I couldn’t even finish my drink and don’t think the price is justified. Very surprised after seeing all the other reviews here. Maybe it was a messed up batch? ??♀️

Vibrant chocolate maker/ cafe right under the market main floor. It’s busy, but not too busy. We stopped by, dog in tow, to replenish our energy banks with coffee and one of the best dark chocolate chunk, cocoa nib, sea salt cookies I’ve ever had. Excellent recommendation by Indi staff there. I’ll definitely be back to try the sipping chocolate!
Get their sipping chocolate. Not the drinking chocolate. Sipping chocolate. It's the one that costs the most per ounce. It's worth every penny. Like a melted chocolate bar that directly tickles the pleasure center of your brain.
Wonderful chocolate shop. We were honored to meet the owner who was most knowledgeable and passionate about her specialty. She even spent time talking about chocolate and the process to my young daughter. The hot chocolate drink was most delicious we’ve ever had! What a treat! Most of all, we really appreciated the warmth and welcoming atmosphere.
