Typical IHOP breakfast. Pleasant food. Good service from busy staff. My frustration: only one HANDICAP parking spot and no reasonable place for loading. Getting a wheelchair out and set up in a tight squeeze of a loading zone is difficult. Not only do you have to get the chair out but then work it around the car and to a ramp area. Then go park well away and repeat when leaving. I'd guess whoever runs the strip mall is responsible but it made for a frustrating stop
the food was good, but the bacon was a little underwhelming. also sad that there weren’t any gluten free omelets, but the gluten free pancakes were good. the best part of this experience was our waiter. she was so kind and tended to all our needs and hustled everywhere. her name was su wei. very much appreciate her and definitely was amazing.
Food good, took forever to get someone to take my order. Waitress said she's coming back to take it n never did n later another waitress came n asked us if we been waited on 30 minutes or so later.

She enjoyed her meal I had the same the bbq burger with cookies and cream also strawberry milkshakes with strawberry banana crepes Definitely a good place for a date
everything was going well but the lady who served us the first course had the towels in her hand with which she cleans the tables along with the plate of food I don't want to be a clown but because of the pandemic I think I should be more careful she is not a waitress person who attended was very kind
the food...good but the service was lousy...the waitress was a bit forgetful...the diswacher brought my food with her hands full of liquids and cleaning towels that is extremely dirty...I talked to Marcial but he said that the towels were disinfected something that doesn't make sense because it doesn't stop being something dirty when you use it to clean tables very bad service..sorry but is horrible
I am addicted to the burritos! Yum. And strawberry shakes made with real ice cream. OMG heavenly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because unfortunately where the location of this particular restaurant is happens to be Aurora Avenue. For anyone that knows the area knows that unfortunately there are oftentimes some unsavory characters around. So even though I called in my order 25 minutes ahead of time and asked how long until it's ready oh, I was told 10 minutes. Upon my arrival 25 minutes later they just started my order when I came in. So I still sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for my order to be made. I was later explained to that because they have so many orders called in if he will never come for them they wait until they see the person to start it. I just wish I would have been told on the phone because I would have just paid with a card ahead of time so that it could be made immediately. I called it in because I didn't have time to wait. But they still kept four stars because the food tasted great.

Normal ihop. Most standard menu items available. Order was served as expected with not so long wait time. Could get crowded on weekends. Plenty of parking outside.
