When we walked in they were not busy yet. Our server was nice but she never mentioned her name so we don't know who she is. Lol. I sat in the booth side of the table and i sank lol I felt like a little kid eating on a high table hahaha please fix sinking booth seats. My boyfriend sat on a chair by the aisle. Our food came fresh and hot. My boyfriend got the Big Steak Omelet and i got the Spicy shredded beef bowl and we both got buttered white toast. Food was delicious. Halfway thru, my boyfriend was getting full because of the huge omelet but he finished it like a champ. Price was reasonable for what we ate.

Staff who answered phone initially told me they don't take to-go orders over the phone which confused me because the website said they offered curbside delivery. Upon arrival, it became apparent she wouldn't take my order over the phone because she was busy using the phone for her personal call. Got back to the hotel and discovered the food we'd received didn't match what we'd actually ordered. The food itself was phenomenal which is all the more bittersweet because after all that headache just trying to get it, we'll go elsewhere next time.

This place is incredibly busy after bars close. Came in around 2/3AM and the wait for a table wasn't too bad for two people, but there will usually be a wait no matter how fast the staff work given the rush and few late night/early morning options. It's a wonderful spot for people watching and recovering after a night out. The staff are level headed and hard working in a really hectic environment.

Was planning to go to ihop in Burien but was navigated here and glad for it. 10:30 am on a Sunday and we were seated right away. Service was excellent food was delivered, hot and in a timely manner. Our server, Luisa, was very attentive considering the Sunday rush. A great Sunday morning sinus experience.

IHOP has a great breakfast menu, but the food doesn't stand up to the pictures and menu itself. This is literally a breakfast place, who specializes in breakfast! Why would they have thin, greasy, floppy, cheap bacon and hashbrowns so soggy and soft, they didn't even brown when cooked. Great service however, so have to give it 3 stars just for that. IHOP should literally have the best bacon of any restaurant, not the worse I ever had. And! It wasn't just me. When exiting we saw three empty tables who had left all their bacon on their tables when they left. I at least choked most of mine down.

It wasn’t the best IHOP for a few reasons. The building layout is just awful…it’s such a small place with tight seating and small aisles. Me and my husband waited 10-15 minutes to order…and then it took 40 minutes to get our food. One of the waitresses noticed that people who had ordered after us had received their food. She asked if we had put in our order, and checked on our food for us. We ended up getting our food shortly after…my omelet was cold and the cheese was barely melted. It was tasty…but cold. The waiter also forgot half my order and it was also cold when I got it. We were checked on a couple times by the gentleman that was technically waiting on us, but I think he forget about us? We sat for about 20 minutes clearly finished with our meal and the same waitress as before asked if we had gotten our check from the waiter, which we hadn’t. Strangely enough the building was also freezing inside!!On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean and the coffee was nice and hot.

Didn't know there are 24 hours open place for eatingIntroduce this place to me by my young coworker friendsIt was friendly and fun

One of the few places that you can go after you're done with Cap Hill. Just be mindful that it might be super busy. We went on a Friday morning (3 am), and we didn't get our food till 4 am.

Came here early hours due to jet lag needed some food service was great food was lovely and fresh open 24 hours easy to find free re fills tea and coffee

It's a very busy restaurant, especially after 2am and the bars close. Poor servers trying as best they can but the service is slow. I think there are two reasons. This restaurant is not very big and the way it is set up, there isn't a lot of workspace for the servers. Also, they do a tremendous amount of takeout using different delivery services. (My husband works for one of these services and can pick up multiple order, several times a night and there can be up to 6 - 8 other drivers at the same time waiting for orders). Just those two reasons, plus a fully seated restaurant causes service to be slow. The servers are definitely doing the best the can but the last two times my husband and I have been there, we were not asked to see our vaccination either time. I know it is because they are busy but I was worried about taking off my mask just to eat. Another time we ate there, my credit card was charged for an order that wasn't mine. The server caught the mistake and had to come over and let me know. He fixed the mistake but still, it made me a bit worried if this happens a lot and are not caught. On a positive note, the servers a very nice and working extremely hard. I will continue to eat there, just not at such busy times.
