Hood Cafe is amazing! I ordered two foods and a dessert, and everything is delicious. The host greeted me when I came in and made sure I knew how to find a seat and use the ordering system. My cup of water hasn’t been empty the whole time I’ve been here with how constantly the staff refill it. The bathroom is clean and well-lit. It’s perfect walking distance from both sports stadiums. And the Filipino flair is really genuine!

I found Hood Famous Café + Bar a great place to try delicious pour overs from unique regions. At the time of my visit, they offered Single-Origins from the Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, and China. These regions are typically underrepresented in the industry despite their high quality arabica lots.Hood Famous Café + Bar does a great job of highlighting the gems from these growing regions. From their selection, I decided on the Indonesia Sulawesi Toraja. The cashier and barista were both very kind, courteous, and invested in making my experience at Hood Famous Café a pleasant one.The pour over took a standard speed of about 7 minutes from order to cup. Upon approaching the drink bar (which is opposite from where you order from) the barista was kind enough to offer me sugar, milk, and seltzer water. I decided on seltzer (which was fresh poured San Pelligrino). The coffee itself was quite a surprise. The Indonesia had a pleasant acidity and smokiness, like Starbucks gone right. A plain sal de pan (you can get Ube Butter for extra) was a great compliment to such a complex cup.Overall, Hood Famous Café + Bar is a great stop for a quick break between travels, work, or school. There are two restrooms available upon request, and there’s nice seating too.

How did I not know about this place before? The ube latte I got with oat milk tasted wonderful. Checked the place out on a Saturday after and it was popping in there.

The ube cheesecake was the signature cheesecake and didn't disappoint, but the Vietnamese coffee was a favorite! The hojicha latte had a nutty matcha flavor. Interior was chic and chill with a dream worthy pothos collection.

Fun Filipino breakfast and cafe! Beautiful wooden space with lots of natural light. Tried the pan de sal (“salt bread”), calamansi sweet tea, and leche flan.

Small, cozy, cafe offering an array of filipino inspired pastries and treats. Super yummy!

Had a banana infused/flavored coffee for the first time ever in my life! It was a delightful experience. Vegan friendly for the coffee now the baked goods I don't know but they definitely were enticing.

Fun Filipino cafe with Filipino themed drinks, pastries, and cheesecakes. Coffees were kinda pricey but everything is nowadays. The store was doing some remodeling so it's just a cafe and not a bar but it was still a neat little shop. I'm more likely to come back because of the Filipino novelty but not necessary for it as a coffee shop.

Great selection of coffee and mainly dropped by to try the ube flavors. The ube cheesecake was melt in your mouth smooth with a crumbly crust, they also have pandan cheesecake. The iced ube latte had the right sweetness and perfect for a summer drinkWe also tried their Myanmar pour over which was incredibly fresh
