Warning! This place will try to force you into giving them more tip regardless of the service, or lack thereof. Two of us dined in on Sunday, we weren't given water/tea or menus for 10 minutes and were left to just sit there with nothing. Without even a word of apology, the server drops off a tea pot and gives us our menus. Once our order was taken we recieved the absolute bare minimum in service (our food was dropped off). No refilling our tea, no checking if we needed anything, not even seeing if we needed the bill. After waiting awhile we understood no one could be bothered to check in so, we got in the register line to pay our meal. I left a very small tip, not because I appreciated the service, but because in the end someone has to clean up the table. But when I attempted to pay, the cashier had canceled the payment stating I needed to tip... I inform her that I did tip in accordance to the type of service that I was given. As I attempt to pay again she rejects the payment stating that my tip wasn't good enough for her because we dined in. After receiving their non-existent service she has the audacity to say that we must pay a minimum of 15% gratuity. At this point I no longer wish to leave a tip, I pay and then I am met with my receipt slammed on the counter. Incredibly unprofessional service, immature, and disgusting behavior. They obviously do not understand that customers are not obligated to tip, we do so in order to show appreciation for the service we are given.I work hard for my money I will not give you extra tip just because you feel that you deserve it, especially when you don't know how to give customers quality service.

Higher prices $4.65-$5.45 and serving portions are slightly larger.Lunch can run $50Try Chive /Shrimp and Cilantro Shrimp Dumplings. Steamed fresh . . . worth the wait!Diners can decide whether its higher prices are justified.

The waitress was very nice and hospitable, the shrimp and pork dumpings were good, our shrimp cilantro rice buns came out under cooked. The waitress was quick to apologize and replaced the item for us. The bathrooms could use some attention.

We were a little stunned at the size of portions. Definitely could have split one meal between two people. Absolutely delicious food. Staff was incredibly kind and welcoming.

Been eating here for every Sunday Seahawk games. This place is cozy, busy at times. We order broccoli, chicken feet, tripe, and shrimp rice rolls

Maybe I'm spoiled from Los Angeles, but the dim sum here was EXPENSIVE. They charge over $5 for one order of shui mai.

The food is good, but nothing extraordinary for dim sum. I do enjoy their fried dumpling with pork filling, though. It gets knocked down a fair amount of stars because of cleanliness. There were a couple cockroaches on the counter where they store their plates for dine-in customers. Each plate gets wiped down by a very used towel, but the person collecting the plates for my table wiped off the cockroaches from the counter with the same towel, and proceeded to wipe the plates. Will likely not come back again.

Simple layout, nothing fancy except the food. They are open for breakfast, large to go crowd in the morning. Shrimp and pork dumplings are really good. Baked goods are good as well.

A bit more expensive than some other options but large portions make it a good value. Clean and uncluttered inside. When other spots have a long wait, we come here.

Great little place with delicious dimsum.
