It says Michelin Star, so we ordered Miso Ramen and upgraded it with Casiu Combo. We also order Hojicha Tea.Overall, ramen was just okay I think there are better places out there but their Hojicha Tea was great!
Always so delicious when I come here. I got the tsukemen which was so flavourful and the noodles where perfectly Al dente. Would recommend this place to any ramen lover! Staff are also very nice and our food came relatively fast.

When my group arrived there was a 80-110 minute wait, but it was definitely worth it for us. The menus were on the table as QR codes but the format of the online menu was easy to navigate and presented well. The food was great! They offer many flavors and sizes of ramen, and if your order doesn't come with something you want (say, an egg), you can always order it on the side so you'll have it! If you have less time, I suggest ordering to go. Highlights from this menu include the mazemen and the miso ramen.
Wonderful rich Ramen broth and firm noodles. I wished I was hungrier but time willing, a visit again soon and again after will complete my menu discovery plans. Chef keeps debuting new menu items to make your mouth water, and I'm sure happy to come back.
Combo comes with a side of egg and shiyake ikura gohan bowl, and the salmon roe portion was close to nothing. Isn’t shiyake bowl supposed to be half shredded cooked salmon and half raw salmon roe on top of rice? Ramen combo’s side came with less than 10 salmon roes; I was able to count it because the roe portion was significantly small.Other than that, food tasted good. It’s just that they need to make better sides.
My quest for a soul satisfying Vegetarian Ramen in Seattle ends here. Their Vege Ramen broth was so creamy and rich. Not much Umami flavor but that’s alright. The noodles have a little chew to them and delicious. My husband had the Negi Namban ramen and absolutely loved it. It has a nice kick to it. Service was also wonderful. We will be going back soon.
Very fast service when I went today at 5:30 pm. I ordered the combo ramen and it was very flavourful and did not disappoint. I highly recommend this one for ramen. The price was very reasonable too. ??
The broth was flavorful at first bite but might be a bit salty once you nearly finish the bowl.$12 for large side is sweet.Staff was friendly and professional ??
