Total rip off, they just lost a loyal customer for being shady! As others pointed out, they charge you for hot tea per person without asking if you even want it. They don't provide water, they force you to pay for bottled water and then proceed to automatically tag on an 18% gratuity for a party of 4 and small child without mentioning it at the beginning. Then they charge $8 for steamed rice and $10 for brocolli, talk about price gouging. Then they charge for take out boxes and throw in a bag again without asking and charge for it too. All this to then end up with serious food poisoning the next day, they need to be inspected for cleanliness and safety protocols. Their kitchen smelled terrible.

Highly recommended. Adorable restaurant where dim sum is served all day. I love the pandas decoration. The dim sum here is very delicious. Their shiu mai does not taste like it was frozen at all. The dumplings are filled with shrimps and the eggplant stuffed with shrimp paste is so good. The deep fried bean curd roll with shrimp was a little disappointing compared to other ones I had in the past, but every other dim sum I have tried so far has been much better quality and fresher tasting than other places.Update: knock off a star because of inconsistency. I stopped by a few more times and noticed sometimes the pan fried chives dumpling is too soggy and rips apart super easily. I told this to the server at the end when I paid, and was told, oh maybe it was cooked too long.First of, they are supposed to be fried fresh, not taken from a steamer directly. Secondly, I think it may have been old and re-heated too many times. Anyways, not as good as the first 2 times. Hopefully not a slippery slope.

I used to eat Dim Sum in the international district until I found this. It's by far better than anything there. Super tasty. I can't get enough of the BBQ pork and their Duck. Sooo good.

Ordered pork and shrimp dumpling (it came cold - it was like an old batch or something), special shrimp dumpling (warm but not really that good), and bbq buns (just ok).

First off; ive never done this before as to have to leave a 1 star if I could 0 review and I'm disgusted how they can let this happen. My experience at the time was sketchy but I was a hibachi chef for 12 yrs and I know nothings perfect unless you pay high quality prices. I come home to open my chili spaces the waitress had given me before leaving and find a maggot dead In it. I will definitely be figuring out a way to get them checked out. I understand the restaurant business is tough now a days with less staff and more business then usual but this has no excuse for uncleanness and laziness. I've worked with people not taking pride in the business before and getting by and this is something I've heard of but never experienced ????

Stay clear of this place as rats can be seen running around and the conditions are completely unsanitary with processing of meat on floors as well as dirty counters.Calling health district as this place clearly needs to be shut down.

The food here is too too good. best dim sum around!

I'm suprise to see how clean the restaurant is. The food is good! Try their Siomay is a must, but it's not Halal. I will definitely come back! The only thing is the food a bit pricey.

Getting really pricy for a take-out! I spent almost $40! They charged the containers too! Also, I won't order the chicken again! They gave me a lot of bones plus the chicken rear end! They taste is OK but it should make it in a different way!! Just stick with dim sum next time!

Came here on a weekday noon. Service was great and fast. Dim sum was delicious :)Updates 2021Some of the dishes seem sliding a bit. We got a stirfry string beans 干煸四季豆 once and it was too raw — ordered this before but unsure why it happened, we asked them to take back and recook. The other day we got stirfry flat noodles and beef 干炒牛河 and the amount of flat noodles were less than the beef. Both times the waitress said “it was supposed to be this way”. Well. I’m not sure how many more times I’ll come back to this restaurant if this keeps happening.
