Nice property centrally located would have liked it more if we had connecting rooms. Nice rooms but not great views since it is downtown. Still able to walk to most sites e.g space needle. Didn’t get any Hilton Honor benefits but that could be related to my status.
The staff at Hilton garden downtown were friendly, polite, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom tub had beautiful fixtures. Linens were soft and comfortable. Window treatments allowed for a nice dark sleep with ample sunlight during the daylight hours. Breakfast staff was helpful and attentive. This is a beautiful new hotel in downtown that is quiet, clean, and well appointed. Next time we will definitely stay again and try out the pool.
I traveled to Seattle for business and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. It is a nice hotel: clean and well-kept. The staff set it apart -- they are friendly and personal, and creative in how they engage guests. I had a few odd requests, and they'd stop, think, and then propose a suggestion or solution, all in a considerate and collaborative fashion.
Rooms are nice, not much of a view as you're surrounded by buildings. But beds were comfortable. AC unit was noisy. TV took 2 full seconds per channel change - annoying. Hotel restaurant is okay. Breakfast was overpriced and mediocre. Pool is MUCH smaller than it appears in photos and only 1m deep. Pool was closed one of the days of our stay as well. Wifi barely worked. Very inconsistent, slow, and always prompted to re-sign in to it. Staff were friendly. Free bottled water upon request. Elevators were fast. Parking is expensive, but secure.
We are diamond members and stayed in a lot of hilton hotels all over the states and it was really nice! We always wipe all the surfaces down and we didn't find a single dirty spot! Not even after cleaning the bathroom! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!I ask for a extra blanket and had it delivered to my room within minutes after calling the desk. Employee was smiling and making sure that we have everything we need to have the perfect stay. Breakfast was very good and server was extremely friendly. We had no problems with parking and room was beautiful ( we had a suite with 2 bathrooms). It's the new go to hilton in Seattle for us
The staff at this hotel is top notch. They are happy to help with a smile and go above and beyond. I asked for 2 towels and got those along with extra washcloths. I asked for shampoo and also got conditioner. They were accommodating about keeping our luggage when we arrived early and got us checked in early. They willingly froze the fish we caught so we can take them home. The room is comfortable and quiet, even with a construction site right next door. If you have young kids they will LOVE watching the crane from the window. They have an attached restaurant, but we liked the restaurants within walking distance. The pool is small and shallow, but perfect for a good game of Marco Polo. There is a fitness center. Housekeeping is by request. Parking is expensive and there are cheaper options nearby, including free street parking just overnight (6pm-8am). It’s a good hotel choice!
Great location, great service, great amenities, great spaces on the lobby to hang out or eat and great rooms, spacious and clean. Rooms don't have great views (we got one at the back) but it doesn't really matter because there is not much to see in Seattle that is interesting around the area of the hotel.Location is great because it is surrounded by everything and anything you might need from food to groceries, to bars, to offices, etc.Amazing service from the front desk, specially by the manager.
Awesome hotel, great service, clean, spacious, thought-out touches throughout, and pretty friendly guests. The waitstaff at breakfast were also awesome, as were the personable front desk agents. Loved the pool, spa, gym, meals. Recommend 10/10.
Stayed at this hotel twice within a month and the one visit was 5 days. The hotel is very up to date, centrally located and with all the amenities you need. After checkout I realized we had left some medication in the room once we reached the cruise port. I called the hotel and spoke with Rachel. They checked the room and located it for us. She then had it put in a Lyft and sent to us at the cruise port. Rachel went above and beyond for her guest and we greatly appreciated it!
We were delaying our arrival time but our spirits were splinted by the check in team with their caring and concerned attitudes, we were only there for 1 night but they made you feel like you could stay forever. Then the rooms, amenities and over decor was as pleasing as our check in experience. Breakfast was not your normal grab and go, you got real good food and great service. Thank you, if we return to Seattle your hotel will be our first choice.
