Great venue. Very cool remodel and excellent acoustics for a small space; ideal way to enjoy local bands! Love that they have large seating for groups and an expansive floor area. Drinks are good (and strong), plus a decent beer selection.
Went for the first time because a mellow dance party was promised, and it was exactly what I was looking for! Drinks are a little overpriced, but the atmosphere and people are very chill/inviting.Highly recommend.
Quaint venue in North Seattle. Seating is limited, so arrive early. Nice size dance floor, nice looking bar with good stiff drinks. Every one there was nice and friendly. They don't sell food but there are plenty of places around the High Dive to eat before the show. We had a great time!

We will be back to the High Dive to see a show for sure. We saw GA-20 and JD Simo. The sound was mixed nice, was loud and you could hear the musicians clearly. It's a small place but that made it even better to get a good view of the show and really see what the musicians were doing. Nice intimate place to see a show. All the staff members and bar tender were super friendly. They had some nice beers and tasty beverages as well. Can't thank the High Dive enough for bringing such amazing musicians to town. We felt really welcome there and had a great time.
Went to a sold out show, absolutely no room to dance. Will not return under sold old circumstances.
Great bar, good drinks and great music! While being a slim bar, there feels like room to move even when packed.
Love the vibe and the live music. This will be my dive bar of choice when visiting Seattle!

Sooooo I had a terrible experience here last week during Bollywood thriller night where my backpack which I used as a hand carry got stolen at the end of the performance. I'm so disappointed no one offered to check the cameras for me...I later learned they had cameras and forgot to ask them myself so idk what to do now ? anyhow idek who to ask anymore as my police report is in the pending filing stage. Meanwhile this bag I've had for many years and it's been my huge support system during my travels with all my meds books oils snacks, etc... It's hard for me to give high dive a 5 star review for this reason. Otherwise, it's great. There's something very grungy about this place, which I love. Bartenders, bouncers, etc. are very cool until it's closing time hehe ?
