This place is straight bussing, forget those negative reviews, they probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed and cooked on the wrong side of the wok. My favorite are the beef noodle soups and the rice dishes. The servers are really nice too! Really recommended!

Tried the bean curd pork rice dish, it was about 3/4 rice. It came with a boiled egg in shell which didn't travel particularly well in a to go container. There were also some fried potatoes, but they were not still warm. For ~14 I was expecting a bit more meat or seasoning.
The owners are nice even to me who studied in China and they listened to my request for some food and always have the djb tea I like.

There were not authentic Taiwanese dishes, but the flavor was Ok.

Ordered dishes to go; and am disappointed. All the dishes tasted as if half-effort was all that was done by the kitchen staff ?_ Beef Noodle Soup :: whole lot of noodle, but where's the beef?! Could hardly find them._ Crispy Fried Tofu :: taste familiar, but the texture of the tofu was chalky...(sigh)_ Train Cart Bento :: Not impressed; too sweet in taste_ Braised Pork Feet :: tasted rubbery; the seasoning has not penetrated throughout the meat.This eatery won't be on my short list for return business.
