Apart from our server Mikey, (who was polite, attentive and welcoming) the whole experience was underwhelming. The food arrived at all different times, so we didn't really get to eat at the same time, otherwise food would go cold. My burger was dry, as were the chips, due to sitting on the pass whilst waiting for other dishes to be cooked. We were hit with a 25% service charge (for four diners), this made the meal in my mind - over-priced & poor value for money. Don't get me wrong, I am happy to tip but please allow me the autonomy to decide on how much I should give.
Not my best experience, no draught beer, chosen soft drink not avail and food didnât seem worth the high cost⦠nothing special and wonât be returning. Wish Iâd tried a local restaurant rather than a chain.
The restaurant was not busy at all and it took an hour for a rare steak and rack of ribs! Upon receiving steak it was fully cooked no type of blood in it. Very disappointed
The service and food was less than average.
Reserved table for 8pm, luckily we were early as were told they were stopping serving then. Didnât get offered dessert, bill given to us rushed before we had stopped eating.
It's a bar. Food is not bad, not spectacular either.
NO ROCK CAFE!! We love the idea of the hard rock Cafe but were not happy with our latest visit. First off, the music was barely audible. The sound of the kitchen noise was the most prevalent sound. I asked the server about turning up the music. After all this is the Hard Rock Cafe. He made a somewhat sly comment but did nothing about turning it up. Very Disappointing. The food was OK. The most disappointing thing was when the bill arrived, there was a 22% service charge/tip automatically added to the bill. I would never have tipped this much for OK food and and no atmosphere. I think the name should be changed to "The No Rock Cafe". We will not be back ever.

I always love visiting Hard Rock locations. This one has to be one of my favorites. They had a nice beer selection and some daily specials that were fantastic. I had the salmon sandwich. It was very delicious. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Went back the next day for another visit and the wait was really long. We were on a schedule for pre-paid activities, so couldn't wait. The front host suggested a couple of other restaurants nearby and the one we chose was great. I really appreciated the help with finding something good to eat since we couldn't eat at the Hard Rock a second time. I'll be back when I'm in town again. Best Hard Rock I've been to.
