Pretty standard haidilao (expect it to be a bit expensive) including the expected great service. They were missing a few items since they hadn't received the shipment but I was able to order everything we wanted. I like getting the pork bone base for soup and most of the beef as well as pork belly. The lamb was good as well, didn't have that very strong gamey taste lamb can have. I usually don't recommend getting the mala spicy soup unless you really like mala because it is quite spicy and has a lot of peppercorns floating around that gets on everything you put in there. The service is very good, it's very easy to flag someone down and they're always ready to refill water and pack your leftovers. I left my bag there when I left and was able to get it back easily.
Wanted to try this place and was greeted very nicely and was asked if it was my first time there. They showed me how to order and explained somethings. My waiter was very nice and made sure everything was okay. I came by myself so I just ordered the kobe beef belly combo. It was enough to satisfy me where I didn't feel gross, so personally for me the amount of food was good. I got 3 different soups my favorite was the pork bone broth (I think that's what it was called, the milky white color one). The traditional spicy was also good, pretty numbing. Lastly I ordered a mango green tea and that was also delicious. It tasted basically as the name suggests, mango with a hint of green tea flavor.
Best service I’ve had at hotpot, not just in the US but around the world. You could tell the staff thought about user experience by the way they provide wet wipes on arrival, phone stand, bib to protect clothes, and pretty much anything we wanted. The table next door had a birthday and the staff not only brought a free cake but a Happy Birthday sign and danced along to the happy birthday music.Food was incredibly fresh and the staff cooked for us and served us at the table. Not to mention there was an automated vehicle carrying plates roaming around. What a unique dining experience!
Totally worth it! It's not a cheap outing but it's absolutely a fantastic meal and a unique experience. We went for the first time and our waiter, Ivan, was so awesome. He talked us through all the choices and how to order and helped when the seafood needed to be shelled. He pointed out how long each meat or vegetable needed to be cooked, we had the best experience and our food was delicious. Go there for an adventure!
I had a late lunch at a hot Chinese chain restaurant. I've heard stories and hype about this brand from Asia that don't compare to what's available in the States. Soup was decent with some ingredients. Everything looked fresh with a bar of sauces. The portions are too small for the price. You can only see a show by ordering noodles.Overall clean, but knocking off stars for the price for the portions and constant interruption about their change of staff as we eat.May return in the future.
We had a birthday celebration for my sister here on the 11th of March, and had a really great time. Elaine was our head server and she was very kind, informative, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcomed. The restaurant is very beautiful, and the complementary birthday gift and dessert for my sister was greatly appreciated. The food was outstanding and the choices were plentiful! We hope to visit again soon!
Tried the new Salmon menu! So fresh!!!⭐️ Amazing food quality and taste. Our server Ivan did an excellent job catering to our needs and helping us get anything we may need in advanced. Manager here is awesome. This Haidilao never disappoints! Thanks haidilao team!!
Delicious hot pot. We had an awesome experience because our waitress was superb! We came right when they open, so we did not have a wait.Since it was our first time, we were recommended to do the 4 flavors so we can see what we liked. We had the classic spicy, spicy pork, pork bone, Thai tom yum.Our favorites were Thai Tom Yum and Pork Bone. I would recommend doing water as one of your sections, so you can dip the meats in there and get the impurities out, and have the broth in your bowl. Thats just my opinion. We got the Prime Ribeye Combo and Kobe Beef Belly, it was perfect to feed two people. The only thing that sucks is that you have to pay extra to use the sauce bar.Would definitely come again.
Went on New Years Eve, and it was a great experience. This is a chain restaurant in China, and they are well organized, clean/well appointed surroundings, and high quality ingredients.Typical Sechuan hot pot place: you can get up to 4 kinds of broth, some spicy and some not. All really tasty, and there is a burner under the table. You order vegetables, meats seafood, noodles: huge variety and all fresh. Once your broths start to boil, you put in the ingredients one by one, and eat them as they get cooked, if you can wait that long. There's also a sauce bar, where you can mix up any concoction you want, for dipping your morsels in before you eat them. It's a fun experience and great for a group.
Super popular joint and you get to wear aprons!
