I really liked the gyro, rice, and tzatziki flavor combo. Good sized portion! First time in and we would come back. We were immediately greeted and helped with getting our order taken.
When ordering online, I accidentally ordered 4 platters instead of 2. I called Gyro Saj and they offered to "delay" making two of them to pick up another day. I called them a few days later and they let me pick them up with no hassle.The rice on their platters is really good. I wish the meat was a bit juicier, and one of the pitas was undercooked, but overall the platters are tasty and filling. Great customer service too! Would recommend.
We love this place! Regularly surprised by how few people are in there. Food is always fresh, I’ve never had any wilted veggies, pita is incredible, and the chicken is always moist - not reheated feeling.They give you huge serving sizes (big win for us), and they’re happy to make swaps based on your preferences. This whole plate was $13, and I can eat it for 2 meals easily.Workers are also always SO nice!
Delicious! I got the gyro saj shawarma and it was very good, my favorite part was the bread, it was thin and perfectly toasted. Good portion size too especially for the price, I didn’t finish it so I have leftovers for tomorrow.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a great customer service experience. Staff was super friendly and had my order ready just on time. I ordered online and picked it up. As soon as I got into the restaurant, they welcomed me with a big smile and appreciated me for trying their place. I highly recommend coming here!
Great place for a quick lunch on Capitol Hill. Had the Classic Gyro, Greek Fries, and Baklava. Friendly staff and quick service.
So glad I stopped by! I’m obsessed with falafel and theirs is excellent. Everything was fresh and the sides were delicious. The rice was spiced perfectly. I’ll be back!
Light, refreshing, and tastey! 2nd time visiting this place and the service has always been welcoming. I walked in to pick-up my order and was immediately greeted.The first time I ordered their gyro saj swarma. They have crafted a yummy blend of garlic, zest, and crispy vegetables! On my second visit, I ordered their gyro fries. The fries are loaded with lots of garlic sauce, cheese, and meat. If you order their gyro fries I reccomend lemon wedge or ketchup to help cut the fat and cream. fries are good, just really heavy.Highly recommend this place. I work 3 blocks away and it's worth the visit.
