Very tasty and unique. Make sure you get their specialty, the pupusas. Unfortunately the portion sizes are a little small for the price.
Can't go wrong with this. First time trying Salvadorian food and it was delicious! Shout out to the person at the counter for great recommendations.
Good and authentic pupusas.Simple menu but the drink selection was a little bare.
Honestly I'm salvadorian, and I totally recommend this restaurant. I love the bean pupusas, the curtido was delicious. The beans with rice and the curtido is out of this world. ?
Everyone there was very helpful with recommendations when I didn't know what to order and also very kind to me! I recommend getting a loyalty card from the front (:
I get the burrito guanacos from here all the time it is very tasty and filling, I also recommend the fried plantains if your feeling really hungry as it is quite heavy.
Delicious and affordable. The pupusas taste so fresh and I really like the salsa that comes with it. Communication with the server can be a bit tough so it’s hard to ask for modifications, but that doesn’t usually factor into my ratings as I really just care about the food. Lots of gluten free options, was able to come here with a friend that has celiac’s. The tamales and empanadas are really good as well. Pickled cabbages are amazing!! I love how spicy it is. Will be coming back regularly!
On my most recent visit, I noticed the pupusas were a bit soft but I proceeded to eat them. I was sick about 20 minutes later and so was my friend who had also ate them. I had always been told raw masa will mess your stomach up and now I can tell you that that’s very true.
The food is good, but the portions are too small for a $12.50 plate. I don't have a huge appetite, but I left feeling hungry.
What an awesome little gem of a place! Generous portions at low prices and so delicious! I will be coming back many times to try more of the menu. Real horchata and amazing pupusas ❤️
