Nothing much to say except good stuff. I have been in Seattle for over 6 years, heard alot about this spot. Today was my 1st order from them and in all honestly they rock big time. This is my new goto for all my brurger cravings. Every bite of my cheese burger was loaded with flavor, juice and cheese. I specifically asked for well done patty and it was done per my desire.Keep up the good work.
So so food. The fried food had a flavor that made me think the frying old was old. The cashier wasn't so friendly. I almost felt like she didn't want the business.
The service is great, very friendly staff. Burger was good, fries were hot. Everything on the menu is Halal. Would go again.
If I could give it zero stars I would. First, this is my second time coming into this place where your not greeted by no employees when you walk in or are ready to order. Secondly, the person who takes your order is very rude. Today I went around 4:55pm and a older middle eastern male was very rude to me. He was on his phone as I was ready to order and during the time was there. This is as if the customers aren’t important or feel important. Furthermore, I asked for ranch and he was very rude when I asked for it and looked at me as if I made him upset. I ordered large fries it should come with a sauce and not make you upset. As he left to go outside he looked at me very rudely while being on his telephone. I do no feel welcome here. I do not recommend this place due to the customer service they give. I will not be ever returning nor recommend it to others.
We are burger hopping because we couldn't find anything in downtown! And honestly, this place is a hidden gem! The flame special burger has flame flavor and everything tastes balanced. We had went to two more places and this is where we would come back to. Cannot recommend enough!! ???
I’ve driven by this place countless times and never stopped. Luckily I had a nearby meeting and decided to give it a try because it was close. I am SO glad I did.The Flame Special Burger is simple but spectacular. Everything is fresh. The bun is soft. And the special sauce is perfect. It’s easy to cover up a poor product with tons of cheese, sauces, and produce. What’s not easy is to make a simple, stunningly-prepared burger where all of the ingredients shine. I planned on taking an artsy picture with one bite taken out of it. I kind of forgot about the picture after that first bite. By the time I remembered it, there was just one bite left.Along with the burger, the onion rings were perfect. A huge portion, fresh onions, and a thin crispy batter.Ahmad is a great guy who takes a lot of pride in what he serves. And it shows. I will be back often.
Absolutely trash. The 1st time I went here there was a hair in my deep fried mushrooms and they weren't even fried correctly. The 2nd time I got chicken tenders cause I thought there's no way they can mess that up. It was inedible. So chewy and disgusting. I asked for money back and he denied to refund me. I will be contacting the owner of this horrible establishment.
I remember when this place opened a couple years back. They've come a long way. Their burgers are really Juicy and Delicious. Their fries are just as good. I stop in a couple times a month. It's worth every penny. You should check them out if you have the time and are looking for a good burger!
It’s been two years and this is still in my top 2 Seattle Burgers! The burgers are big and juicy, made perfectly! And, I love the fry seasoning they use too! If you are in the mood for a great burger, I strongly suggest this one! Plus, you can grab some fruits and veggies next door while you wait.
I just discovered this place and wow, have I been missing out! The food is amazing, prices reasonable, and the staff friendly. This is one of my new favorite locations for burgers in the area. No kidding, it's worth ever penny and then some.
