My partner and I brought in a couple bikes for tune ups - the staff was extremely helpful, very responsive, and finished our bikes up faster than expected. Tune up / parts prices are reasonable. We are definitely happy with the way our bikes are performing and will certainly be back. Happy to have a bike shop in Seattle that we trust!
I've been down to good weather a few dozen, dozen and a half times. Their food is creative and nourishing after a quick spin and there are always a few other fun biking people hanging around. Every time I go down there, for some work on one of my machines, I am struck by how low key, kind and approachable everyone is on the team. There are lots of bike shops in the city. Make sure you check this one out. Good people, great community, smashing bicycle knowledge excellence and always fun. Thanks for taking care of me and mine and our bikes you lovely good weather people. ?✌️?? JDS
My first (and last) visit for a tune up at this shop was sub-optimal.First of all, I communicated to the shop that they should not put oil based lube on my drive train (I use wax), and they still did. Miscommunication, that I understand. But when asked about it, the mechanic was just dismissive that it's overkill to use anything other than oil based lube, and that "you can just clean the drive train".* This left a pretty bad taste.Besides that, they messed up the simplest thing, just the rear indexing for example. And they charged a pretty penny for it. (Rear shifting was all over the place the next day after I picked up the bike, so it was not cable stretch).* The owner over heard and did offer to take off the price of the replacement chain but I declined.Would not recommend.
Stumbled upon this place while walking my pup & couldn’t be happier. I got 3 different tacos, all were great. They have vegetarian options as well.Very very dog friendly, outdoor and indoor seating. Good coffee and food, will go back and try the sandwiches!!
Outstanding service, knowledgeable staff, and affordable fair pricing. Stop here before you go anywhere else if you need help with your bike. Today it was my 3rd stop in my search for a solution. Next time it will be my first. I'm all set to finish my 12x1 conversion today thanks to them without having to turn to Amazon.
They go above and beyond to promptly fix your bike for a fair price. Also very willing to help you understand what they’re doing and not at all elitist like a lot of shops. Good folks
My new favorite local latte with a warm grounded sense of community and authenticity you might not expect from the seemingly pretentious Chophouse Row. Terrific food, drink, bike service, and impeccable music taste to boot! Muah! Looking forward to frequenting this gem.
We love Good Weather so freaking much. Stumbled across it one night walking home from work, stopped in for a quick beer, and walked out with a new bike frame.... ;-)We've been to our fair share of bike shops in Seattle and trust Jason hands down with any of our bikes, from fixie to touring to our new cargo bike. So happy to have this shop in our neighborhood. The outdoor seating is adorable, location is perfect, and the food and drinks are delicious.
Great neighborhood community bike shop and cafe! Lee was super helpful in fixing my front derailleur. Talked me through everything so I could learn. Jason is definitely the friendliest bike shop owner in town. He knows so much to get you all set up in a hassle-free environment. If you want to learn more about bikes, get a tune-up, or just grab a coffee and sandwich and enjoy the courtyard escape, you have to try Good Weather. A hidden gem.
