Very much appreciate the plant based focus! We regularly purchase pints from this location. Please please please - offer more flavors that aren’t sugar based. Sugar is literally killing us!!!!! I exclusively get chocolate because it’s sweetened by dates (vs cane sugar). Only a couple of coconut sugar flavors so hoping they expand these options real soon :(
Ice creams taste really good. You can't tell that it's vegan. Our boy who is vegan was very happy that he didn't have to think about his dairy allergy. Only one request if they can minimize the amount of sugar they are adding to ice creams.
Too sweet ice creams.. but they have very nice flavors and taste if you are fine with the sweetness. Waffle cone is great as well!
If you like ice cream, go here.It's great if you're lactose intolerant like me or vegan like my friends. You seriously wouldn't even know there's no dairy in it if they didn't tell you.Their seasonal flavors are always great (you can even do a flight of all of them if you are so inclined) and around Halloween they make a special black waffle cone that is incredible.
Good vegan ice cream - I liked the strawberry milk flavour
Amazing vegan plant based ice cream. Best vegan ice cream out their but quite expensive. I would recommend the mint brownie or strawberry milk with a waffle cone
The best ice cream hands down, vegan or not. My partner is a dairy fanatic and he says Frankie & Jo's is better than dairy ice cream. I always get their seasonal flavors because they're always interesting and delicious. Also the staff at the Ballard location are very nice!! :)
This location is a little tucked into a residential area.The shop is tiny, they put chairs outside so it's nice sitting outside when the sun is out. Good flavor, many selections, and good service.I had one of their seasonal flavor "PNW Cabin"
Awesome, awesome ice cream. What can I say? It's all vegan but really you can just ignore that if it isn't a factor for you. It's just superb ice cream and flavours.
I have food allergies, so I have to be careful when I eat out. They avoid using common allergens and post all of their ingredients, which makes it easy for me to know what I can have! Every flavor I've tried has been yummy. And I can eat the waffle cones! What?! I know. It's the best ever!
