For my money, best chocolate in Seattle. Caramels, truffles. They just melt in your mouth. A bit pricey, but makes an excellent gift!
Maybe if I had visited when everything was open would I give this more stars. Nothing was open inside, the cafe area, bathrooms were closed off and even the production lines were empty ( although to be fair it was on a weekend, so maybe only on the weekdays) and only a single employee was working inside. Their selection was fairly small for their flagship store and it just looked empty and disappointing. The building itself is beautiful though. I'd reccomend visiting the other well known chocolatiers in the Seattle area. Free parking is available in the back of the building.
Great chocolate, great service, and you get a free sample.Love giving as gifts for myself and to others❤️
Had a gift card from Frans which was pending spend due to the pandemic. Finally got myself to visit their cute little Georgetown location. Thanks to Covid, they have displayed a their products upfront. They allow only one customer at a time. Hand sanitizers accessible, staff wearing masks and staying on the other side of the display table. Now coming to their products, since I am a huge dark chocolate fan, we picked every truffle that had dark chocolate in it - orange, raspberry, gray salted caramel, one with nuts, etc etc. trust me it was a tough choice to pick an assorted collection. We also grabbed a few coconut chocolate bars and pure bars. Everything we picked was delicious and no wonder they are a hige brand in the chocolate industry. Highly recommend to come and indulge or gift.
These chocolates are not worth the price. I bought 20 pieces of caramels from a store at the airport in Seattle for $50, $10 more than at their store. They say on their web site that "nothing is more important than your complete satisfaction." So I thought I could return the chocolates (missing 1 piece) for a refund. Well they don't give refunds if not their chocolates aren't bought at their store. So if you're thinking this is too pricey for a yummy chocolate, you're right. I love See's and Ghirardelli. I will stick to the chocolate that I know. I've also tried Seattle Chocolate & it's not bad either.
Wonderful chocolates! And great service!
The chocolates were absolutely amazing coffee chocolate that actually tasted like coffee chocolate. Will definitely be buying more
Vegan and delicious! This was a gift and it is so yummmy!
I love their chocolate and I appreciate they give us some extra pieces to try. It’s a little odd that they often give me salted caramel as free sample after I buy 20-40 pieces of chocolate truffles. There is a reason why I only buy chocolates. I do not like caramel ?
