Delectable, Exquisite, Mouthwatering all words that flooded my mind as I took a bite each one of the baked goods I sampled with some friends today! They have been racing about this place and I've heard of Flying Apron from multiple health conscious and earth loving people in my life and I finally took the plunge and went all out to drive over to their West Seattle location to meet some a group to celebrate one of my friend's birthday. I was surprised that the food and pastries were so flavorful and tasty, and didn't sit heavy in my stomach! I felt satisfied physically and content ethically because of all of the excellent ingredients and ways they protect and support the environment with most of their containers compostable. I highly recommend Everything here! Bon Appetit !
This review is in regard to their coffee and drink selection only as I have never tried their food. Specifically the fun specials board..... I love coming in to treat myself to a unique and fancy drink and the rotating specials they offer are just a treat. I've had a rosey match latte, butterfly pea flower tea with coconut milk, and so many more unique creative options. It is just one of those little joyful things that makes a picking up a coffee extra fun and special feeling on any given day-
This place is so adorable & the staff is super friendly. The place is clean & the food we ordered was good! There are tables inside the establishment & outside to sit and eat as well a couch to relax & sit. Stop bye & give this all local vegan gluten free gem in West Seattle!
So delicious and such a great selection. It's hard to find fresh and tasty gluten free treats but this places knocks it out of the park! Next time I can't wait to try their savory food. This time I gorged on sweets ?♀️
You need to try this place.Amazing bakery and cafe. All their baked good are beyond tasty and sure to satisfy. I’m a big fan of their pizza, blueberry muffin, and cinnamon rolls. But like I said, anything you get here will taste wonderful. The coffee is fantastic as well. Got an Americano and the espresso was very smooth. Great service, clean & cozy dining area, and good music.Will be back again!
I've been to Flying Apron a couple times and everything I've tasted has been downright incredible... mouthwatering even. I can't begin to explain how relieving it is to walk in and know that everything is gluten free and vegan. I'm usually stuck looking at ingredients before I get excited about what's served, but not here! Since I don't live in West Seattle, I've been buying Flying Apron sugar cookies at PCC and even though I wouldn't say I have a big sweet tooth, I've been having one a day and looking forward to it hours before! The sugar cookies are soft, freshly made and come in cute different shapes depending on the season. Thank you Flying Apron for making your treats available at PCC! You have a forever custom in me.
Gluten Free and Plant-Based Heaven at the Junction! Lasagna is fantastic. Cinnamon rolls are dank. The pizza crust is the thickest and most hearty gluten free pizza dough I have had the pleasure to experience. Coffee is well done and nicely priced, with an abundance of milk options. There is not a bad thing to eat at this place. SO HAPPY to have this dining option in the heart of West Seattle so we can always grab a bite when shopping or hanging out at the Junction.
Amazing custom cakes made to order that you would never know are gluten and dairy free! Ordered online from the commercial kitchen and picked up in Fremont. Can't beat it.
Unfortunately, I did not like it. I went a bit before close time and everything I got was very dry, as if it was old. The cinnamon roll had a bitter taste and the chocolate donut was hard as a rock. Not returning, and I really wanted to like this place.
Blueberry crumble is delicious and Rosie (spelling?) was helpful and hustling around!
