Some really unique tastes. We want to try all the bowls now! also the jerky was excellent.

Delicious noodles, rice, and soups. We had chicken fried rice, pad sa ew, and chicken udon noodle soup (kao piak sen).Every dish was really fresh and flavorful. The chicken and noodles were in a broth bursting with flavor and had a nice kick with chili oil, lime, and cilantro/green onion/fried garlic. We added some bok choy(+$3) as there were no veggies included with the noodle soup.Fried rice was not greasy, had nice pieces of sliced chicken and pieces of broccoli.

Amazing Laotian food! We just found out of this place a couple of weeks ago through Groupon. We tried the beef bowl and the seafood bowl. All were amazing. Really good flavor and taste. We also tried their homade sausages. I highly recommend this place!

I’m a bit bias as I’m from Laos. Perhaps that’s why service was great, felt like I’m eating at home with family. Not sure how to describe the dishes we had, it was all great. It’s like how you’re mom makes it vs your aunt, both are great but some dishes are better from either. Will have to postpone food review until I have more time and more dishes.

Thai tea is great.I ordered the Lamb Soup bowl. It had the most precisely perfectly cooked mushrooms available.Be careful when using their chili oil. That thing was scorching. I dumped two spoons in my soup and regretted when the spice burned the back of my throat and made me cough. That's my fault though.

So good ? must order #H3 spicy bowl and #7 soup of Lao Soul, Thai tea is also quite tasty.Had it in a rainy day after a walk in the green lake, perfect Sunday ?

Ordered the veggie Lao bowl and papaya salad for take out and brought it home. The soup was okay. It kind of tasted like any nondescript vegetable soup. The broccoli in my soup had visible bad spots and the mushrooms tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge for a while. The chili oil that came with my meal on the side was rancid and burnt. I was bummed! I love chili oil! My soup was also missing the tofu that was supposed to come with it. Overall, a tasty but boring soup that was okay. The papaya salad was very overdressed. I love fish sauce but it tasted like that was the only flavor they added. I ended up adding a whole bunch of lime and peanuts to balance the fish sauce flavor and green beans and lettuce to spread out the dressing. Overall, the veggies in my papaya salad looked and tasted not fresh. That's kind of how I felt after eating here; that the veggies seemed like they could have been fresher. I've been wanting to try this spot for a few months now and I'm glad I did! It's a small business so that's always worth it but I'm not sure I'll be back. It didn't quite live up to expectations

I liked this place. It is a bit strange and quirky but i would give it another try for sure. I had the chicken soup bowl, it was a bit short on flavor but i knew that when i ordered so a little chilli oil fixed that. My friend had crispy pork salad and it was delicious. I want to try more things! Good job guys!

Excellent! When I travel, I have learned to always venture outside of the tourist trap forks and knives. Like a rabbit in a community garden you know where to dig and ground up the urban passions off the beaten path. All family here from kitchen to table deliciousness! I think my talking pictures tell my story of great eats here! Bravo.

I’ve been here twice now; amazing food! The Nam Khao Tod (#17 is delicious)! First trip, my friend got the spicy bowl (H3), which she said was amazing. I got the Kao Piak Sen (#7) and it was smooch and tasty… very comfort food. Second trip we got the Rice Noodle (H8), with a great lemon flavor, and I accidentally got served the beef bowl (H2), instead of the spicy bowl (H3). It was ok (tripe isn’t my thing), but I was really looking forward to the quail eggs and straw mushrooms in the spicy bowl. Next time.
