Wow! We had the blue cheese burger with grilled onions, the Buffalo chicken sandwich , the mushroom burger , sweet potato fries and onion rings. The quality of the food was outstanding and the flavors were so good. The fried food was light and not greasy. We will def. Be back!
There is a sign that says please be kind sand patient to the staff we are short handed due to covid. So we knew it was going to be a long wait however the food came out rather quick well faster than I thought. Not all of it tho, not pictures are the fries those came out about 15-20 minutes later. Now as we watched the poor girl take orders serve, bus the tables & answer the phone all while I saw a cook I’m not sure he was alone however the food was coming out of the window pretty quick like I said. My concern was where is her help. I’m not upset at her AT ALL I EVEN tipped her %20 because she is doing the best she can do with what she is working with! My rating is this because where is the mGR of this establishment or the owner who is accountable for her stress day to day? Putting up. a sign & calling it a day is not acceptable. Since covid customer service is out the window! I will not be going back here until I see that management or the owners take responsibility for the STAFF! People wonder why companies like Starbucks & Amazon want to unionize it’s because of things like this, you can treat your employees like that & sit at home collecting all the profits & believe me you all are make some money I saw at least 7-8 pick ups for orders alongside all the people inside the poor hostess/server/busser was serving! Get more help! & if you are getting applications maybe incentivize it a little offer Healthcare or paid vacations. I hope someone twitch authority reads this & does something.
One of our go to places. Solid place for burgers and fries. Salads are tasty too. Other favorites: deep fried zucchini, wings, onion rings.
So disappointed. This used to be my favorite burger place. Went tonight and it was so different. It was clean and pretty but the food was just ok. First, we stepped up to order and the hostess was texting. Actually asked us to wait until she was done. Checked her message, hit send, put the phone down and then just looked at me.
Taste good. Short-staffed. Untidy. Unorganized. Dirty Tables.
If u do Uber or any kind of Deleviry job. Please call them before come I think the lady who work in front desk. She doing something else except work. this is 4 time whenever I come to get the order. she saw on screen and then she tell the cook they need 15 minutes to make. That’s why I said call them before. So she check screen earlier like all other restaurant do. U don’t have to wait. Lol
Ordered two double burgers via Uber. Really enjoyed the burger. Clean eat, non greasy. Tasted fresh with charcoal grill taste. Burgers arrived cold. Wish it came with fries.
Used to be really good when they first opened, but they screw up far too often. They’ve lost our business permanently
MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They forgot two items of our order and for us to even get the two items we were missing and when we went back to receive the items we ordered, it took OVER 25 MINUTES for them to make. Also YOU CAN’T ORDER ONLINE AT GREENLAKE, the website is extremely deceiving and will connect you to the Feed Co. 20 minutes away.
Delicious and unique burgers and sides. Service was exceptional.
