Most delicious meal I’ve had at Pike Place! Incredibly warm and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed (they gave us a salad while we waited!) and the food was so tasty! You can tell it was made with expertise and love. We had the fesenjoon and baghali polo. Would recommend this spot to everyone!
We had 2 Sandwiches and it didn't taste like persian food at all, it was soggy, full of sumac, Kabab was not persian Kabab and it tasted old. Sorry but it was very very disappointing and don't recommend this place.
Great chicken kabab plate, they asked if I wanted it spicy and I said yes. The chicken was packed with flavor, white sauce was great and the salad was delicious as well. ? I ate it so fast I forgot to take pictures.
Pike place market area is so busy on the weekend. We randomly went into this place. The food was surprisingly delicious. Strongly recommend.
While roaming around Pike Place Market looking for something to eat I came upon Farvahar Persian Cafe hidden in Post Alley. The menu had a lamb burger which I'll never turn down so I ordered it and sat down at the small eating area to wait for my meal. When it came out I was impressed by the large burger which was filled with a delicious cream sauce, lettuce, a tomato slice and a feta type cheese along with a nice size grilled lamb patty. Thankfully I was given a fork and some napkins because I needed the fork to first eat the delicious crunchy feta type cheese and lettuce that had fallen off the burger before picking it up and diving in. The flavors that filled my mouth were overwhelming. The lamb was cooked perfectly and had a nice char on it and the large bun which was perfectly toasted held up to the amount of food that it was holding. It took me about 20 minutes to eat this large burger because I was thoroughly enjoying every bite and wanted to savor it. I'm glad I roamed around and looked for something unique in the market to eat and found this spot. In addition the price was right for the amount of food that I got and I'd like to come here again with my family before I leave.
Delicious Fesenjoon. It has been a nice mild tart from pomegranate and texture from walnut. Not oily. Great flavor. Proprietor is very helpful and welcoming.
We are tourists from Australia and we came to the U.S for a month. While we were in Seattle we visited Farvahar Persian Cafe this was by far the best cafe/restaurant in the states. Dripping kebabs to delicious Burgers with top tier drinks and scrumptious stews served with saffron rice. The prices are unprofitable for the company but they don't care they only care about customer satisfaction, If they were more popular they'd be in every single travel guide. (Also stunning view).
I had a very poor experience here. Extremely bad beef kabob with rice. It was clear that the food was made a while ago and they just warmed it up. Nothing was fresh. Rice was not long grain rice, tasting very old. Not recommend it to anyone.
Great little spot tucked away in the corner of Post Alley. The owners are always a delight and the food is obviously made with care and to-order. Not too busy during the week so it makes the perfect lunch spot. Make sure to load up on the white & red sauce!
Right in the pike place market area, this place has really delicious platters with kabob rice and salad! I loved the chicken kabob I got, I asked for hot and white sauce, very flavorful!
