So good! Got a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of coconut - instant gelato Mounds Bar. Very cute place with samples. The staff member who helped me was efficient but kind. Flavors are more straight-laced than some of the more trendy scoop shops around which is just fine with me. If I'm back in the area and have a hankering for gelato, I'll definitely swing back by.

I love Fainting Goat! They've been a Wallingford staple for years. My absolute favorite flavor is their lemon grisbi gelato but everything else is great too. I also really like the art on display within the shop, which you can purchase. If you're on the fence (or even if you're not), give this place a try- you won't regret it.

Their fudge gelato is like eating Christmas fudge. It's a small place in a nice artsy neighborhood, understated decor, minimal seating. But oh the flavors and healthier ingredients make it very worth while.

Absolutely lovely. A beautiful addition to Fremont. Their ice cream so super yummy and rose water is my favorite cuz it smells like heaven! ?

This is my favorite gelatto place in town. Their rum raisin is a favorite!

Reasonably good gelato with the unique goat milk gelato (slight earthy flavor) along with the classics. Decent prices, large portions. The staff on the day we visited seemed to be having a bad day though.

Great little shop I enjoyed it! Lovely place to stop for some ice cream. I got the chai gelato and it was amazing! Best chai flavor I've had in ice cream. If you add a scoop of their espresso then it tastes like a dirty chai! Very good, I would definitely go again when in the area.

Such a neat little shop! All the gelato available was rich and creamy with wonderful varied flavors! They have a huge assortment of products they offer along with gelato such as coffee and cakes, and splitting a bowl with a loved one makes it so much sweeter??

The gelato is always great. But the service the last few times we’ve been in has been pretty awful. I had my hands full with baby and asked for a bag for my pints and she…handed me a bag and watched me struggle to do it myself. For $30 + tip you can actually help your customer.

All of summer I have been trying different ice cream places and Fainting Goat was on my list. Last night we drove from West Seattle to this place to try their gelatos. We ordered 2 small scoops (2 flavors) one with Stracciatella+ Chocolate Fondante and the other with Chocolate Fondante+Sea Salt Caramel. Everything tasted good. The gelatos were delicious BUT the customer service was HORRIBLE. It was my first time visiting this place and obviously as an ice cream lover I was confused as to what to order but my husband was clear and ready to order immediately. I told the young lady behind the counter that I was confused and if she could help me out. She rolled her eyes and did not respond even though she stood right there judging me. I was looking at the different options trying to make up my mind (and reading the ingredients in some gelatos since I was not familiar with it at all being my first time here) and she seemed grumpy and irritated. Trust me this was all in 30 seconds to a min max so its not like I was standing there confused not knowing what to order for 10 mins+. Fearfully, I ordered the Stracciatella+ Chocolate Fondante. There was absolutely no one in the store apart from my husband and I so she could have been kind friendly and courteous. Rolling eyes? seriously? That is not the level of customer service I expect from any place. Plus why not help ice cream lovers understand what is one of your best sellers so we can see what you have. Now I do know why this ice cream place is not crowded as some other places - nobody wants to walk in to an ice cream parlor to be treated this poorly. Clearly this ruined our evening and left a bitter taste. Sadly, I will not be returning again no matter how good their gelatos are.
